Of course, they're heading this way. I should keep it together Alan is chill I should be fine.

Liam- "Mind if we sit here?"

"Yeah, no I mean no I don't mind"

Alan- "Been a while, how's it going?"

"Was good"

Alan- "I'm sorry WAS?"

"until Ava and Mia decided they aren't friends with me, ugh what'd I do?"

Alan- "Oh, they have been acting kinda bitchy lately, don't worry about them you have me right?"

"Yeah you're right"

I look over at Liam, he's staring at me. I get so flustered when that happens. I'll just try small talk with him to make him stop with that godamn staring and smiling.

"So Liam how are you doing?"

Liam- "Same old"

Liam then reaches for my pen as he does that I slap his hand playfully. He acts as if he's in pain then I go like

"Awww did I hurt the baby?"

Alan gives me this 'oooh what's this' look and I just stare at him disappointedly. Liam looks over and laughs at how weird we are being. It's been a while since I've heard or seen him laugh.

We had a good class together, made jokes and laughed hysterically at Alans weirdness. I haven't had that much fun in a while. I'm glad we talked.

I couldn't forget that he actually said "We should hang out more" after class I felt appreciated and wanted. I can't wait to tell Emma about this.

After school...

"Hey Emma wait up"

She turns back and starts running away from me and laughing. I start going after her only to discover she's running to take me to Liam. Shit.

Emma- "Hey Madison, you HAVE to talk to Liam come on I want to witness some chemistry"

"Why are you like this?"

Liam- "Hey Mads, mind if I talk to you for a while?"

Emma starts fangirling of the fact he called me 'Mads'. She backs up to allow us to talk alone, but I could still see her peeking at us, facepalm.

"So what'd you want to talk about?"

Liam- "I had so much fun with you and Alan in science today"

"Yeah me too"

Liam- "I was wondering if you'd like to hang out at the arcade with me and Alan tomorrow since it's Friday, you can bring Emma with you if you like. So what do you say?"

"Sure Liam I'd love to join you guys!" I say with only the hugest smile ever. Today's not so bad after all.

I heard Liam whisper 'cute' to himself but I'm not sure if that was my pure imagination. He walks out of school leaving me with Emma.

Emma- "OH.MY.GOD. That was adorable, I heard everything and YES I'm coming with"

"Cool I'll pick you up then"

Emma- "Don't pretend like you didn't hear him saying cute at your huge ass smile"

"Wait... you also heard him? I thought that was my hallucination. Oh shit"
