Chapter 2: Warm Water and a Conversation

Friday quickly went to get Thor as Matilda stood in the living room fixing up her dirty hair. She heard slightly loud footsteps coming down the stairs. It was the god of thunder holding his mighty storm breaker. He looked over at Matilda. "Lady Matilda!"  He started walking towards her. "Friday has just informed me that you had an awful day...are you alright?  " He stood in front of her, the both of them almost the same height, with Matilda just two inches shorter.

She stood there slowly looking up at his blue eyes with a sigh. "Not at the moment..." Thor's eyes soften as he put his big hand on her soft cheek. "Don't worry. I can help you feel better! I shall set up a warm bath for you, and smother you in hugs and kisses!" 

Matilda giggled. "I would love that darling~. Just let me get out of these filthy clothes first." Thor nodded his head as he ran upstairs to his bedroom first to get his swim trunks in case she wanted him to join her. Even if the two have been married for two years, they're not comfortable see each other naked just yet. Matilda chuckles as she walked up the stairs to her room closing the door behind her, takes off her clothes, and wears a robe that's the same color as her long blue hair. She then grabbed her one piece swimsuit along with her too. She felt insure in bikinis. They head to the bathroom as Matilda stayed standing up while Thor was on his knees turning on the faucet. He then looked over at Matilda. 

"Would you like me to take a bath with you l-." He saw the one piece in her arms as she nods with a smile. Thor chuckled. "Thank Odin I brought mine!" He ran in a shower changing in there as Matilda quickly changed where she stood. After they were done, they went into the bath together. Once they did, they slowly started sinking into the water until the water reached their nostrils pushing their selves up giggling calming themselves quickly. 

"Hey, have I ever told you the story of when my brother and I were eight he and stabbed me?" Matilda's eyes widen. "HE WHAT?!" Thor laughed. "I guess I haven't! He transformed himself into a snake, and he knows I love snakes. So, I went to pick up the snake to admire it and he transformed back into himself and he was like, "Blegh! it's me!" And then he stabbed me." Matilda couldn't help but laugh making Thor smile. They started talking more while washing themselves. Matilda began to wash her hair as Thor was helping brush it which took a total of two hours, including drying it. 

The two changed into the clothing they brought with them, heading back to his bedroom to cuddle. It was all going well as Thor held her in his muscular warm arms making his wife feel save and sound while exchanging kisses. After the cuddle section, Thor looked over at Matilda with a serious look on his face. 

"Matilda...I need to ask you something..."
