Chapter 9

Alyssa's POV

I haven't seen Brent and Lisa for a couple days im really curious of where they went. After school I went to Brent's house and no one was home I found a note on his door saying that there house is almost at a foreclosure. On the driveway I see a trail of blood it ends at the road with some tire marks. I hopped in my car. Driving up the street and out of the neighborhood I was on my way home until I see a chase of cop cars I decided to follow them knowing how curious I get. After 10min I was lead to the hospital I jumped out and went inside up the stairs and down the Hallway. There I saw Brent on the floor and a guy holding a gun up to him. I was terrified scared horrified. I didn't know what to do but just stand there. The guy shot at a hospital room door after they were screaming at each other I ran to the door to see who was in there..................

Brent's Mom POV

After the doctor had spoke to us Brent got up and went to go see Lisa but for some reason I don't know why he liked her she's been through enough already. I sat there with my husband and we waited until Brent was done with her. I see Brent walk out of her room assuming the doctor said visitation is over because he would have stayed there all night. Then he walks the opposite direction and around a corner I hear screaming and shouting I jumped up and ran over there I heard a gunshot but Brent was ok he didn't get hurt but then some guy had a gun over him while Brent was on the floor. I see Alyssa was here. Why do I feel like she had something to do with this?

Lisa POV

I felt a cold touch on my hand i gently opened my eyes to see it was him. I heard everything Brent said to me so I responded with an "I love you too" phrase. He got up and laid here next to me. We talked for a little bit and he kissed me on my head. I felt safe and protected. A feeling I've never felt before. The doctor came in saying visitation was over I didn't want him to leave I wanted him to stay forever. He got up and looked at me and smiled then walked out. I laid there thinking I wanted to be with him but he won't ask me out because of how much I can be. I wanted to spend my life with him he makes me feel special like I'm the only girl in the world. (GUNSHOT)!!!! What was that? I looked at my room door and there was a gunshot in it. I started getting scared so I put my leg down and got out of the bed. I peeked out of my room and I see Brent on the floor and the guy that raped me was holding a gun over him. I quickly snuck out of my room and...................
