Saving You (Gordon Ramsay x Male Reader)

1st Challenge

Male Reader's POV ~ Today was officially the 1st day we start the competition Chef Ramsay gave us a challenge it was the 1st challenge so of course it would be simple. We were instructed to create our own dish we could use any ingredients we want and cook how we wanted poached,grilled,baked you name it! I gave the biggest smile very excited to show off my cooking skills when he told us to begin I quickly ran in the kitchen looking around thinking what to use to create the perfect dish there were so many possibilities running through my mind I couldn't choose just one.

Gordon Ramsay's POV ~ This Challenge I asked everyone to create there own dish today wanting to see what skill level and creativity everyone is at. looking over I saw the same young man as yesterday all fired up and ready to go giving a small smile I told everyone to begin he made a mad dash in the kitchen looking around. "Hmm wonder what he's going to cook" I said to myself curious.

Male Reader's POV ~ Finally what seemed like forever I figured out what I've wanted to cook going over I grabbed a big pot filling it with water being careful not to burn myself as its filling then putting it on the stovetop gently setting it on boil looking in the water I smiled seeing how the water is boiling much quicker to my surprise. I quickly ran over to the shelves grabbing different spices then grabbing the vegetable and meat in the process from the fridge going back over to the stove top I put the seasonings in the water and vegetable carrots and potatoes in but left the beets out I wanted to puree them in the blender. There were lots of things running in my mind in such a short amount of time left still needing to wash and season the meat and put it in the oven as soon as possible time was getting to me but I knew to stay calm and continue taking one step at a time.

Gordon Ramsay's POV ~ I saw how this young man was cooking to my surprise he used ingredients that were well predictable but then again you can't judge the food by how it looks but how it tastes that's the true test. Sitting at the table I looked at the timer and saw there was only 15 minutes left waiting patiently for the challenge to be over

Male Reader's POV ~ Everyone was on edge the timer was ticking down faster than I thought people were running around bumping into each other grabbing plates I did the same there was only a minute left and we all began to plate our food I've wanted to show my passion for so long I can't remember how good this felt to be able to be myself have someone appreciated my cooking my talent every detailed matter. As I finished plating my food making sure everything was on there neatly the meat the vegetable and beef puree I was feeling confident in myself in the final countdown quickly putting my plate on the countertop under the silver lid the challenge was done. Looking over I saw everyone else had there food under there silver lids as well getting nervous I held my breathing hoping my food will be good enough to live up to Chef Ramsays expectations.
