Plotting myself next to Mabel in the back booth of McDonald's as I placed our foods on the table.

"So Mabs, gwarn tell me the tea." I happily spoke and popped a chip in my mouth.

"Well, he was was just..... I don't know, cute and nice." She giggled as she put a spoonful of oero mcflurry in her mouth.

"Anything better than that slim guy is ok to be honest." I mumbled underneath my breath, hoping she heard me.

"P we are not going to go through this convo again, I love slim and he loves me, what the actually fuck is your problem!" She shouted slamming her ice cream onto the table.

We got a few glares and whispered but honestly I didn't care right now.

"My problem?" I questioned.

"Yes Princess." She smacked her lips together.

"Woooow Mabel clearly his 'love' has got you blinded, how can you claim to be in love with an abuser, someone who lays his hands on you and buys you gifts to try to get you back, some ones who's name you don't even know." I looked at her before shaking my head and grabbing my bag to leave.

"You know nothing about love, you pretty much lured your exes into their death." She attempted to whisper but loud enough for me to hear her.

The tears dropped down my face as I stuffed my coat on. I laughed to myself at what she said, in fact i never expected my bestfriend to even say such a thing to me.

I was highly disappointed but mostly hurt.

I left without uttering a word to her, I allowed the salty tears to drip down my face not caring about the stares I was getting from strangers.

I made my way to lecture three of the day, making sure to sit far away from Mabel. What she said today really disgust me.

"Baby, I'm home!" I shouted before taking my shoes and coat off.

"Hey mummy!" She giggles as she took little steps down the stairs.
