Recalling his life

Part 2 Charles

-beacon academy team EPOC'S dorm-

It was the middle of the night most if not everyone were fast asleep except the few students with sleep problems, one of these people were pirate who was right now sitting on his bed in the cornor of the dorm leaning against the wall that he had strategically placed his bed at. "Another sleepless night" he mumbled quietly to himself being the only one awake in the room. Across from him the more than big charles were sleeping aswell as above the two the twins were fast asleep as always, having once again ranted about how getting the essential 8 hours of sleep was neccesary, well for pirate it wasn't as he made due with the few hours he got during the early morning.

As of now the brown haired male was dressed in the same get up as the previous day when he was scolded by olivander, minus the jacket that was lazily hung on a stool in the room. Currently he was reminecsing about previous times, not that he had much to recall as of yet, most of his time before beacon was stuff he never wanted to return to, as for beacon it was slightly better and more entertaining especially with charles around. As Pirate looked over at his sleeping comrade whom seemed to sleep as softly as a child, something that was hard to imagine from the tough tall and bulky man from vacuo whom usually had a semi stern look at he walked and a solid posture. He chuckelled fondly to himself recalling his first meeting with charles and how the two became the duo they were known as today.

-flashback to beacon team organizing-

As pirate awaited semi anxiously and excited in the crowd for his name along with three others to be called up by the headmaster after several more minutes of waiting and four additonal teams made the moment had come as the grey haired headmaster known as ozpin spoke up. "Can Ebony and Olivander Schwartz, Pirate Evangelion and Charles Donker, please come up to the stage" he said in a clear tone as pirate became quiet surprised as he had not seen any of the people that made their way up to the stage before, not in the forest nor the previous day either...shaking his head to clear the thought he made his way up onto the stage aswell to his waiting new team recieving numerous looks from people and the other trio for being a bit slow to get there. Once all four were lined up ozpin continued, "you four will be known As team EPOC, and the one leading your team will be no other than Ebony Schwartz Congratulations and good luck on your journey" he finished, in the mean time they had exxhanged quick glances at each other and their new team leader not saying much as they departed for their dorm.

Over the next two days nothing unusual happend apart from the standard of some basic team excercises, the twins being douches and the start of classes. While Pirate was a pretty big chatter box mainly towards charles trying to befriend the other person who did not immediatly turned into jerks, yet this proved futile as the over head taller male remained fairly silent only replying with short words or with shakes of his heads. Altough this all changed on the third day.

After the third day of being a team the day started as normal for pirate he woke up with little to no sleep gained got dressed had some coffee and went on with his so called team for the day nothing out of the ordinary. After their final class of the day which was Combat class with ms goodwitch and after watching the boy known as jaune get his ass kicked by one lf not the few people he had grown dislike majorly in the academy "cardin winchester... what i wouldnt give to uppercut you" he mumbled to himself walking of the arena smiling a bit at the thought of it as of currently cardin had been shown to be one of the people simillar to the ones at signal which he had grown to despice completely 'bullies' floated through his head as he took a left away from everyone else intending to visit vale for some excersice and possibly coffee, he was rather sweept up in his thoughts as he did not notice the larger male walking behind him until he was grabbed by the throat and slammed into the nearest wall causing his breath to be knocked out of him, yet the biggest surprise was who his assailant was "C-charles?"
