4. Prince Charming My Pants Off

For a moment I pondered on what in the world he could've meant. Who did he want me to meet? Was it someone from management? Was it a guy? If it's situation one, woohoo! Maybe I can get a deal or something! But if it's situation number two? Hell to the no. Like I said; no distractions, no boys. Especially if it's one of the boys. I bet they're all sweet like sugar, but I would never think of dating any of them. They're too famous! Not that I have any problem with dating celebrities. It's just that I don't think I'm ready to have paparazzis chasing me down the street when I go outside with him. If he wants me to meet the boys, fine. But I'm not becoming anybody's girlfriend anytime soon. We'll all just be friends.

I considered texting Louis the next morning. Maybe he just wants me to do a duet with the boys or something, help them out with a photo shoot. If there was a boy, hopefully my hormones won't take over and I'll be able to control myself and stay focused. After weighing out both situations for a good ten minutes, I gave in and texted him.

'Hey Louis! It's Ali from the Starbucks. You gave me your number so I thought you might want me to text you.(: x' I shot him the message on my iPhone and hoped that he didn't just do this with everybody, lead them on saying there's someone he wants them to meet then completely blowing them off. Inside I knew that wasn't true. Louis would never do such a thing! Sure he's sassy but that would just be flat out mean. After about twenty minutes my hope was lost. Instead of sitting there, staring at my phone, I decided to move on with my life. If it was that important he probably would've replied by now.

As if to completely throw me off, my phone rang the familiar ringtone.

'Mama told me not to waste my life. She said, 'Spread your wings my little butterfly.''

Wings by Little Mix blared throughout the room, signaling that someone had texted me. A surge of hope coursed through my veins. “Please be Louis. Please be Louis. Please be Louis.” I begged my phone to show as I unlocked it.

'Hey babe! Are you free today?(: x' Louis asked.

My prayers were answered. Well, I didn't really pray but I was hoping it would be him. A part of me was curious and wanted to know what he wanted from me. As I was getting lost in my thoughts, I remembered I had to text him back if I wanted anything to happen!

'Sure! I'm off today(: x' I finally replied after a good five minutes. Gosh. I was good at getting distracted.

Almost immediately, Lou responded. 'I'll pick you up at 12 and we can go for coffee with the lads, yeah?(: x' I guess what he wanted was important. He seemed to be in a big rush. To be honest though, I wasn't in the mood for coffee.

'Could we possibly just go out for sandwiches? I make coffee all day so it gets quite tiring! Hahaa(: x'

'How about Nandos? I think everyone can agree on that one.(; x' he suggested.

'I've never been there... but why not?(: x' I texted him my address to pick me up and and got dressed.

I was in a very casual mood. I have no idea why. Louis Tomlinson had just texted me and told me I'm going to Nandos to have lunch with One Direction. I'm quite surprised I wasn't getting fitted into a prom dress already. After pondering on what I was going to wear, I went with slightly faded denim shorts and a floral lace top. By the time I brushed my hair, leaving it naturly wavy, and combing mascara throughout my thick lashes, a car had pulled up onto the street.

Louis hopped out of the car and practically skipped to the door. 'Geez. He must be excited, but for what?' I thought for a minute. Brushing the thought away, I grabbed my wallet and opened the door just before Louis knocked.

“Wow! You could diffuse bombs with those reaction skills!” he giddily complemented.

Giggling shortly, I replied with a wink, “Sorry but I like to play things on the safe side.”

“Oooo. I'm sure there's a bad girl just waiting to pop out at some point.” he jokingly said very suggestively.

“Nahh. I'm pretty predictable. Nothing hidden here.” I replied sarcastically.

      “Shall we get going?”

      “Of course!”

Like a gentleman, Louis opened the back door to a black range-rover where the rest of the band was seated, Eleanor had the passenger side.

“Hey everybody! Eleanor! It's so nice to see you again!” I enthused with a genuine smile.

“Hello Ali! I'm glad you could make it!” she sweetly replied.

“Do you know the rest of the boys, right?” Louis looked up into the rearview mirror as he was speaking to me.

“Yep! Hey guys!” I greeted them again.

Liam, Zayn, and Niall all warmly but shyly said, “Hello”. Both Liam and Zayn seemed to be preoccupied texting, while Niall blushed and looked down at his feet. Gosh he was so cute when he blushed. Focus, Ali. No boyfriend. No boyfriend. No boyfriend.

Harry, on the other hand, decided to be quite bold and offered his hand out for me to shake. “Hello, love, and who am I receiving the upmost pleasure of meeting today?”

“Ali. Ali Roberts.” I introduced myself. Harry was certainly the charmer.

Chuckling, he commented, “You introduce yourself like James Bond does!”

Quickly noticing what he was talking about, my signature loud laugh practically echoed throughout the vehicle. “Yes, I guess I do.” I said with a wink.

"But your name is beautiful." he returned my wink.

Blushing, I replied with a quiet, "Thank you."

Harry, looking very satisfied with himself, turned around and looked out the window to see the crowned fast food restaurant right outside the window. "We're here!" he said like a little boy. Harry, stop being so adorable and charming. No Ali. NO BOYFRIEND. Why does Harry have to be so charming?! Honestly. At the worst time, he has to be all gorgeous and friendly and sweet. I knew Harry was the flirt. Now I completely understand why girls fall for him so easily, but I'm not ready to be with the curls. But will I ever be?
