"Girls on the Right and boys on the left! You'll find all your essentials on your beds" The head Girl says.
I head to my dorm where I put on my robe that had the Hufflepuff symbol on it. "So the rumours were true! Harry Potter is here in Hogwarts!" I hear the girls say.
"Yeah, I saw his scar. I can believe he actually survived 'You know who'" Voldemort I presume they meant.
"I still don't believe it, I think 'You Know Who' never even visited them his parents. It said in the books that no one has ever survived the killing curse." Another girl argues back
"Actually Lily Potter's death was pure sacrifice for Harry which marked a protection of her love." I say out of turn. The looked at me as I fold my things into my drawers.
"And you are?" One girl asks.
"I'm Eyra" I say shaking their hands.
"Nice meeting you, I'm Katie, and my friend is Lorraine" I smiled at them. "So tell me Eyra, How do you know so much about Harry Potter?" I look a moment to think.. To be honest I know about him because of the newpapers Hae would give me when she came out of the wizarding world. But that would be boring wouldn't it?
"I just hear it around." I say casually.
Lorraine snaps her fingers and point at me "Hey, Aren't you the one who kept looking at Harry? Psh, no wonder why you know so much, you have a crush on him!" She shouts so loud. My cheeks start to turn red again and I was stunned by what just happened I back up a little.
"What? No.. I haven't even spoken a word with him. How can I like him?" They both exchange looks and laugh.
"C'mon, A lot of girls like a hero, I mean he did technically kill You know who." Kate says sitting beside me at my bed.
"You guys seem to have no interest in him" I say
"Yeah because me and Lorry here like bad guys. The once that rebel. I think those are once that are hard to get." They laugh once again.
"C'mon, There's food in the Great Hall" They say as they invite me over.
Once I started to eat, I soon noticed that he was close to two people, a girl with curly hair, and a ginger headed boy. I somehow got a urge to meet them. But is it bad that I want to meet them to get close to Harry? They seem like nice people..
Luna and Neville both sat beside me with their food. "You're so lucky you got into Hufflepuff! I got into Gryffindor.." Neville says
"No, You're so lucky you got Gryffindor!" I say back. He laughs a little
"Were you really staring at Harry when it was your turn for the sorting hat?" I look down at my food and stayed quiet. Neville Laughs and pats my back.
"Look, It's not because of that! I'm just really interested, you know. I mean he did survive the killing curse." I say.
"He is quiet an interesting wizard I suppose." Luna agrees
"Thank you!" I say
"Actually, I know Harry Potter. We have talked before too. I could introduce him to you if you want?" I look at him with pleading eyes and he chuckles.
Hours after, I went to the library to get some books for Potions when Neville approaches me with Harry. I look at Harry and he smiles, I smile back.
"Eyra! This is Harry Potter, Harry this is Eyra-"
"Lililuck yes" Harry interrupts Neville and shook my hands. "I remember you from the sorting hat." I smile. I can't believe he noticed me! "I wanted to talk to you for a while now. Your Sister Haela is friends with me, and she told me a lot about you"
