I leaned against the organic material, exhausted. At this point, I could barely keep my optics open.
"How long has it been? Thousands of years? Millions, maybe.", I said to myself, "I wonder how the Autobots are doing. Has the war ended? If so, did we win? Are my friends still alive?"
Optimus. . . It's been far too long since I've last saw you. The way your body perfectly moves to block incoming attacks. The way you successfully win almost every battle. How comforting you are when I'm down. I miss your smile the most. . .
Ratchet. . . Oh, where do I start? Your a brilliant mech, that's for sure. You may be a grumpy mech but you're one of my closest friends. Oh how I miss getting hit with a wrench as I bug you to train with me. Our constant conversations that always seem to never end. Your smile that would touch my spark every time I saw it. The way your servos expertly mend my wounds after a battle.
Cliffjumper. . . You always annoyed me. However, you made life interesting to say in the least. You always manage to say the right thing without even trying.
Arcee. . . The tough femme who always had a soft spot for her fellow team mates. I remember when you nearly killed a mech that had flirted with me before the war. You were always the big sister in all situations that had to do with me.
Bumblebee. . . I miss that handsome voice of yours. The voice that calmed me when my brother died. The innocent look in your optics was always just too cute. . .
And Bulkhead. . . For a big mech, your a big softie. But when it comes to the cons, you're ready for action. I remember when I first introduced you to Optimus. Your optics were so big and adorable!
I miss you all. . .
I closed my optics with a small sigh.
"I CANT BELIEVE YOU MADE ME LOOSE MY PHONE!"
I jumped up and started walking toward the source of the noise. I spotted three organics and hid.
"Uh, how - how is this my fault?"
I groaned and held my helm. My audio receptors started malfunctioning. Too much Energon loss. I looked at what I had left in my systems. 15%.
"Great. I'm going into emergency shutdown soon and I have no way of getting help.", I groaned.
I gasped when I felt an explosion. I peered around the organic rock and couldn't believe my optics. They-they're all here! The whole crew! I ran over to them and knelt down.
"Are you guys okay?", an organic strange armor asked.
"Yeah. I think so.", a smaller organic answered.
"W-what just happened?", Bulkhead asked as I slowly walked over to the organics.
Ratchet groaned as he and the others stood up, "I can't be certain. But if two groundbridges sent to the same coordinates crossed streams, the feedback could have caused a system overload."
Wait - Where's Cliff? And Arcee?
"Could? Hello, more like totally did!", the femme organic stated.
"The kids made it through, right?", Bulkhead asked.
"Huh?", the small organic looked at the bots, confused.
"What's he talking about?", the taller organic asked as the femme walked toward Bulkhead.
"Bulkhead, we're right here!", the femme stated, gesturing to herself.
"Arcee, did the children make it safely back to base?", Optimus asked.
::Negative. You don't see them?:: Arcee asked.
Good, she's online.
"No sign.", Ratchet stated as I grew closer to the organics.
