Sadness is the worst because it grows.
it can grow into depression.
which can grow into hurt.
which can grow into pain.
sadness is the worst because the more you
try to hide it the more it grows.
but sometimes when sadness is found,
finally you can feel freed and without remorse
for what you might have said because you now that,
that's the truth.
so be honest and try to understand the truth
of sadness.
