"Christmas is soon and we don't has christmas stuffs." I said walking into his office.
"I don't usually decorate." He set his glasses on his desk, and turned in his chair and patted his leg.
I walked over to him and he put me on his lap.
"Can we please? Christmas is my favorite. The pretty lights and stuffs. And santa."
"I'll send sam out and ge-"
"Can we? I won't run or do anything. Can we go?"
"No baby. You my dear, were reported missing. If anyone were to spot you-"
"I'll tell them I ran away." I pleaded.

He sighed and looked at me. "Rules. You don't speak unless I give you permission. You wear a hat and sunglasses. If someone recognizes you and approaches you let me handle it. You never let go of my hand without permission."

"Go to the room, I'll meet you there."
I ran out and up to the room. I brushed my teeth and ran a comb through my tangles.
Daddy took the time to straighten my hair last night. So its all pretty.

Adam sighed then looked up at us, "going out"
