Jin's POV
With every passing minute, my anxiety was growing unbearable. The memories of our time with Y/N seemed to replay in my mind, intensifying my sense of dread. Suga and RM had returned after filing a report at the police station, but I knew their help would be limited.
I sat surrounded by photos of Y/N, tears streaming down my face. The silence was oppressive until a message notification from an unknown number jolted me from my despair. The message contained a video, and my heart sank as I opened it.
The video was five minutes long, but within the first minute, it felt like my world had shattered. I dropped my phone, sinking to my knees, overwhelmed by what I had seen. The video showed Y/N in distress, pleading for help as an unidentified man inflicted pain upon her. Her cries for help echoed in my ears, and I couldn't bear to watch any longer.
Tae noticed my distress and rushed over, lifting me to the couch as the others gathered around. They looked at my phone, their faces falling as they took in the horrors of the video. I couldn't bring myself to look at it again; the sight of her suffering was too much to endure. I buried my face in my hands, sobbing uncontrollably.
"Why does it have to be her?" I cried, my voice cracking with anguish.
"I'm going to kill that fucking bastard!" Suga shouted, his rage evident as he punched the wall.
"But hyung, how are we going to find her? We have no clues," Jungkook said, placing a comforting hand on my back.
"Should we tell the police?" Tae suggested, trying to find a solution.
"We will, but first, let's watch the video again. Maybe there's something in it that could help us locate her," RM said, trying to think logically.
Despite my reluctance, we played the video again. Each frame was a torment, her bloodied face and desperate eyes haunting me. I couldn't stand it any longer. I excused myself and ran up to the rooftop, the sky darkening around me. I cried until there were no tears left, my grief echoing into the night.
Soon, J-Hope joined me, holding a new message in his hand. "Jin hyung, we received another message from the same number," he said, his voice trembling.
I grabbed my phone and saw the message:Enjoyed watching her? Well, she is still alive, but we don't know for how long 😉 If you want to save her, you have to come to this place:*Address: xxxxxxxAt 2 a.m. tomorrow. And do bring xxxx amount. And yeah, don't try to contact the police, or I'll make sure she dies a painful death.
My heart pounded as the gravity of the threat sank in. I looked at the address, realizing this was our only lead, but it came with the chilling warning not to involve the police. The thought of Y/N suffering alone was unbearable. I needed to save her, but how could we navigate this nightmare without risking her life further?
"Guys," I called down to the others, "we have a location. But they're threatening us not to contact the police."
J-Hope's face was grim. "We have to be careful. We need a plan."
The room was filled with a heavy silence, each of us grappling with the urgency of the situation. We had a limited time to save Y/N, and every second counted.
"We'll figure it out," RM said, trying to offer some semblance of hope. "We need to be smart about this."
As I looked at the address, I felt a surge of determination. We would find a way to rescue her, no matter what it took.
