{DELTARUNE} Jevil X Reader

Bye-bye...

(Just a quick a/n, thank you for the views.. I usually don't have stories that have this many views because nobody likes them and I usually end up giving up on them. And I was gone for quite a while so when I came back, I was like... oh my heckin god. How..
well, okay.. back to story. And thank you once again UwU)

As you walked into the elevator, you pressed the button to go back up to the main floor.
But as you got there, Ralsei was waiting impatiently. "Y/N!" He hugged you.
"Awww, Ralseiiii.."

he let go.
"You've been gone for a long time, we were worried about you, Y/N. But did you get hurt at all?"
He scanned you.
"No..? Wow.. Y/N, how did you not get hurt?"
"Do you know the prisoner that was down there?"
"Oh.. Jevil? That guy? Yeah. He's dangerous. I'm surprised you're even alive."

You made a 'tsk' sound.
"Ralsei, he may be a harmful and odd person to all of you, but he acts different towards me. Trust me."
Ralsei's expression changed.

"What did you do?"
"I just simply told him to stop, and I pulled out Checkers.. you know, Lancer gave it to me."
Ralsei's face scrunched up into a happy face, and he covered his mouth with the end of his scarf.
"*snort* really?!"

"Yup!! Easy-peasy! How come you didn't figure that out?"
Ralsei calmed down and dropped his scarf, and cleared his throat.
"He was too wild. I tried casting my PACIFY spell, too. He's like a toddler on caffeine."

"Hm. Well, I first, stopped him by just telling him to stop, and I told him I had a different game that me and him could play. Then he listened, then I pulled Checkers out of my bag. And he's been calm since then I was there."

"..huh."

Ralsei's head dropped. "I wish I knew that.."
You laughed and patted Ralsei on the shoulder.
"But maybe you gotta think outside the box."
Ralsei looked up at you.
"Maybe so, then.."

Ralsei looked to the left, then to the right.
He then walked closer to you and waved his hand towards himself telling you to get closer.

"Did he do anything odd to you?" He whispered in your ear.
"No. Not at all." He backed away from you and held his hands.

But when you said that, you knew in your mind, you just lied straight to Ralsei's face.
You did do odd things with Jevil.

You let him eat all your cookies.
You let him cuddle you, and sleep with you.
And you let him jump up and kiss your nose.

But you didn't find any of that weird.

"Buuut I may have of lied.. yeah. I did."
Ralsei looked up.
"What..?"

"Yeah. I let him eat my snacks."

"Okay.. he might of been hungry."

"I let him cuddle me and sleep with me."

"Oh.. wait, what?"

"Yeah, Ralsei.. he's better than you think."

Ralsei was silent, his little mouth open. He adjusted his green glasses.
"That's... isn't that like.. do you even know how OLD he is??"
"Well, I'm (your age here)"
"Yeah. That's crazy. He's like 100 years old."
"Uh. What."
"He told us he'd go back to sleep for another 100 years after the fight."
"Weird. But he probably lied, he's probably in his 20s lol."
"Maybe."
"Ok, why are we even talking about Jevil's age?"
"Because, I asked."

Ralsei and you just took another hard stare into each other's eyes awkwardly and a nervous laugh rose between you two.
"How about we get Kris.. he's an expert at things down here, even though I'm the prince, and I'm supposed to know all of this."
"Alright. Go get Kris."

Ralsei nodded his head and did his cute little run/walk away.
He nearly fell trying to get around the corner, but he laughed it off, and kept going.
Ralsei was your goofy, fluffy friend.

JEVIL'S POV

I couldn't believe it. They were free, free! And I was no longer lonely in my little freedom!!
Joy, joy! Today was a happy day!

"Huh..? What's this?" I asked to myself as I turned and saw a piece of paper on the ground.
It must of been from that really sweet and cute lightener!
"Y/N..?" I said her name aloud as I looked over the paper, which was a drawing of her, and three other people...

"Wait.." I looked closer...

Those three people..

Ralsei, Kris, and Susie..

I gasped in surprised and I dropped the paper to the ground. How could she have those wackos as her friends?!
"I've already beaten them!!"
I screamed aloud to myself, in my prison cage.
"And now this is what they do?! They take the only person I love?!"

I looked at the paper again, I tried to keep the purple tears in my eyes from earlier coming back.
"No.. she wouldn't, would she?.."
I looked to where the prison door was.
It has faded away again.
When the magic prison key is not near, the door fades away.

My knees dropped to the ground, clutching the paper in my hands. I could feel anger rising in me.

I then grabbed a purple pen I had in my black jacket pocket, grabbed it out, and I crossed off Ralsei... then Susie.. then Kris... and circled Y/N and wrote...

'The only person who makes me happy..
The only person who makes my day...
The only person who showed me love..
They...'

I couldn't finish writing.

Something inside me just shook me.

I dropped the pen and held my arm. I was in pain.

I looked up at the ceiling.
Everything was turning black.

The walls faded to pitch black.
The floor faded to pitch black.
My body started turning black.

My vision blurred, and I passed out cold.

(Another a/n, sorry for sorta short story, and kinda sad too. what will happen to Jevil next?? (I need to figure out that myself too, U^U.) see u in next chapter, OwO.)
