one number away chapter 23

Ariana's POV

i was dancing and singing one of my newer songs called god is a woman when my head met someone's chest i look up and see ansel 

"hey, what are you doing here?" i ask

"nothing much just wanted to say congrats on you're tour" he says 

"well thank you" i say 

"would you wanna do something after the show?" he asks 

i sigh "i would love to but it feels like i'm breaking girl code here" i say

"well, it technically doesn't count because you didn't do anything wrong kendall did" he says 

"THAT'S IT" kendall screams but jessica tackles and kisses him hard 

"oh hi ansel ariana what's up?" she asks 

"hi i'm gonna go get changed now" i say walking off

"you know you're funny jessica very funny i hope you and kendall are happy together" ansel says 

"we are dude" she says 

"ariana, here's my number i'm one number away if you need anything i'll wait on the black couch for you" ansel says slipping his number under the door i sigh and put it in my phone 

i changed into my dangerous woman black hoodie with jeans and boots i curled my hair and freshened my make up i came out and ran into kendall this time 

"i umm" i say looking down 

"i'm not as happy as you think i am but i want you to be go with ansel give him a chance because i don't see a way out of this jessica thing" kendall says kissing my forehead and walking away 

"I HATE YOU" i scream "I HATE YOU I HATE YOU I HATE YOU" i scream with tears streaming down 

"what's wrong ariana?" ansel asks 

"I HATE HIM" i scream with tears still streaming down

ansel hugs me and rubs my hair i beat his chest which doesn't hurt him "I HATE HIM ANSEL I HATE HIM" i scream

"it's okay ariana he's put you through hell you have ever right to feel the way you do okay?" ansel says 

"okay." i say (see what i did there guys??? the fault in our stars haha) 

"i hate his guts" i say rocking back and fourth ansel is still holding me trying to calm me down kendall and jessica left 

"tell me what happened" ansel says 

"he told me to give you a chance when i came out of my dressing room he was right there he said give you a chance because he doesn't see a way out of this jessica thing and kissed me on the forehead he basically was rubbing it that he got her knocked up" i say crying in my sleeves ansel cups my face and looks me right in the eyes i look back he wipes my tears and says "you deserve better you deserve happiness he's not it" ansel says kissing me hard i kiss back
