DISCLAIMER; I can't decide if I want to do a sister or daughter scenario story so I'm going to write a small preview chapter for each and you guys decide which one you want!

"Reagan!" My Captain yells at me from the office while I sit around a picnic table with the guys from my unit.
"yes sir" I respond and he motions for me to enter the office.
"oooooo, Reagan!" Mark, my bestfriend in my unit says teasingly before I get up and walk to my commander's office.
I walk into my L office, wondering what it is this time. What mission will it be this time?
"Reagan, have a seat" he tells me, motioning for me to sit in one of the chairs infront of his desk. I sit carefully, waiting for my commander to finally explain what this is.
My Lieutenant General picks up a paper, holding it up. "I, Lieutenant General Marlow, hereby authorize the honorable dishcarge of Captain Charlotte Marie Reagan" he says proudly, making my eyes widen.
"Sir, is this real?" I ask and Marlow nods with a smile "congratulations, Reagan, you go home today at 13:00 hours. Call your family" ———— "Hey, Dad" I say over the video call, greeting him as I sit in my small room at the base.
Dad smiles "Hi, sweetheart, how' it going there?" he asks curiously.
"Well......" I trail off, making him think something happened. A worried look appears on my dad's face before I smile "I'm coming home!" I announce excitedly. My dad's eyes widen and a big smile grows on his face.
"You had me worried there! Do your brothers or sister know?" Dad aks and I shake my head "I wanted to suprise them" I tell him simply. "Not even Jamie?" Dad asks, mentioning my twin brother, "especially Jamie".
"I'll send Garrett to pick you up from the airport tomorrow. When do you come home?" my dad questions.
I think about the time for a moment, figuring out when I should be home. "Well, I leave at 13:00 so I should be there at 6 AM" I explain, doing the math in my head.
Dad smiles "great! You should get packing you only have an hour" Dad says, checking the time. I nod, glancing at the clock "right, well, I'll see you tomorrow. Don't tell Grandpa either!" I tell him pointedly, Dad puts his hands up in defense before we say goodbye and end the call.

I sit on the plane, feeling extremely antsy as it lands at JFK airport. Once the plane lands, I grab my carry on which is an army issued duffle bag, following the other passengers off the plane. As I walk inside and past security, I look around for Garrett and sure enough, he's standing there, holding a sign with my name in big letters.
A smile grows on my face as I walk over to the familiar man and one of my father's closet friends. "Garrett, I see you're also a driver now?" I tease him.
Garrett glares at me "ha ha" he says sarcastically "look at you in uniform. last time I saw you was right before you enlisted" Garrett teases back, making me roll my eyes.
"Your father called all your siblings and told them to come over to the house before work" Garrett tells me as we leave the airport.
"Oh boy"

After Garrett drops me off and I thank him, I go inside my dad and granpda's house.
"I have a reason for calling you all here, just wait a little bit" Dad's voice says.
"Dad, we all have work" Danny complains, making me roll my eyes. I walk into the kitchen as quietly as possibly just so I can sneak up on them.
"Danny, some things are a little more important than going to work right now- like say you're little sister coming home from the army?" I tease my older brother as my siblings, along with my grandfather stare at me in shock.
"What are you doing here?!" Jamie exclaims, the first one to break out of the shock and hug me tightly.
"I've been honorably discharged" I tell him happily causing him to hug me tighter. "Jamie you can't hog her, she just came home!" Erin whines at Jamie.
I laugh as Jamie lets me go before Erin pulls me into a hug. "Finally, my only sister is back" Erin comments jokingly before she lets me go.
Danny smirks, coming over and hugging me "welcome home little sis" he says, almost as if he's going to cry.
"Oh my god, Danny Reagan are you about to cry?" I tease as we let go, making Danny roll his eyes at me "of course not, I didn't miss you that much" he says, unconvincingly.
Dad and Grandpa both greet me before we all sit down, my older siblings saying they can go into work in an hour.
"What are you going to do today?" Grandpa asks me curiously and I sigh "probably going to look for an apartment somewhere" I tell him.
Jamie perks up "I can go with you, I have a day off today" he offers excitedly.
"Yeah, that would be fun" I tell my twin brother, giving him a smile. Jamie grins, looking like he just won the lottery.
