Apparently a hurricane is beginning to roll in, so Luna is making us wait at our gate. To pass the time, we've decided to draw. But, what neither of us realize, is that the markers are starting to bleed through the paper onto the brown leather chair we're using as a table. "uh oh." Is all Charlie can squeak out. I move towards her to see the mess she made, and gasp a little. "Hmmm, mommy?" Charlie asks quietly. "Yes, princess?" Luna replies looking up from her book, her glasses sitting on the edge of her nose. "Uh, mama, I made a mess." Charlie whispers to Luna, who looks over her book at the chair. "Was it an accident?" Luna asks sternly. Charlie nods her head vigorously, and I join in for emphasis. "We'll just pay to replace it. No worries." Cuts in a fourth, deep voice. I turn around to look him in the eyes.

"DADDY!" I scream, running into his arms. He picks me up, pulling me close against him. Charlie pulls on his shirt. "Mr. David?" she squeaks. "What's wrong, sweetheart?" He replies. "There's the creepy guy." He raises an eyebrow, "The creepy guy?" Daddy asks. "It's nothing, daddy, I promise." But Charlie tattles. "Mr. David, that guy was really really icky to Emma on the plane." I turn red and hide my face in daddy's neck. "Well, then this needs to be handled accordingly." Hiking me up onto his hip, he walks over to the man as he exits the bathroom. "Excuse me?" Daddy says, pushing me behind him for protection. "Listen buddy, I'm try-" The man looks up to see daddy, who is much bigger than him, and me hiding behind daddy. "I don't want any trouble, I'm sorry." He says, trying to save face. "I don't know where you come from buddy, but you better not let me see your face again." Daddy spits. "Understood, my apologies, I really meant no harm." Daddy guards me the whole time, making sure the man is gone before returning to Charlie and Luna.

"Hey, Lu, thanks again for keeping an eye out for her. Do you guys need a ride? Ubers are too damn expensive, waste of money." She thinks on it for a second, "Sure. We'd be happy to take a ride, just let me get you for gas." Daddy nods in agreement.

I groan as my eyes adjust to the dark. "Dada?" I whimper. I feel the car pull over quickly. "Hey, little love, what's wrong? Your daddy is here, see?" He pets me, grabbing my paci that fell into the cup holders between the seats. "Dada where Charlie an Luna go?" I ask, confused and little. "We're going home, honey. Okay? I dropped Charlie and Luna off about ten minutes ago, you girls were so sleepy." He replies, smiling softly and playing with my hair. "Daddy?" I whimper again. I really don't know what I want, but I start crying hard. "Oh, is my little bunny still sleepy?" Daddy asks. I nod my head weakly. "Let Daddy put you back to sleep then, baby." He says, rocking me on his lap.
