Max Lawrence Rescues Felix

(A/N: Hope you all enjoy the chapter. This is Max in his vampire form.)

At the movie store, Max Lawrence begin to feel a bit suspicious about the babysitter Gertrude as he begin to finish helping the last customer. He begin to look as Thorn begin to look at him.

"Come on Thorn. We got a certain boy to save." Max Lawrence said

Thorn begin to bark as Max already closed the video store and left as nighttime falls. As for Felix, he's been whimpering in agonizing pain as he suffered more abuse at the hands of Gertrude. She made him put small glass bottle into his bum, forces him to dance naked for the kids, and even burn his body and lash him with cigarettes. Felix is crying as he's in pain all over his fragile body and Shirley came over as Felix felt his mouth being dry from dehydration.

"N-No more torture." Felix said raspy

"Mamma is coming downstairs to abuse you more." Shirley said

Felix whined as Shirley went upstairs and begin to close the door and lock it. Max begin to see the house that Thorn found as Thorn growls.

"Thorn not yet. Not when I tell you." Max Lawrence said

Max came over to the door with Thorn following him as Max knocked on it as Gertrude opened the door while smoking a cigarette.

"What is it that you want?" Gertrude asked

"Hello my name is Max Lawrence and I'm here to settle down." Max Lawrence said

"I'm sorry but I have kids to take care of." Gertrude said

"I really need someone to talk to." Max Lawrence said

"Ooh really?" Gertrude asked

"Yes. Thorn is my dog." Max Lawrence said

"Oh I see." Gertrude said

"Well I'm not coming in unless you invite me in." Max Lawrence said

"Well you're invited." Gertrude said

As Max came inside, Thorn also come right in front of him and growls at Gertrude as the other kids saw him.

"Who's the man?" Robert asked

"Hello. My name is Max Lawrence. I see that Gertrude is your mother." Max said

"I'm Robert." Robert said

"I'm Dennis." Dennis said

"My name is Shirley." Shirley said

"I'm Patsy." Patsy said

"I'm John." John said

"I'm Leah." Leah said

"Well guys and girls, you should forget one rule." Max Lawrence said

"Yeah and what rule is that?" Patsy asked

"Don't invite a vampire to your house you silly kids. It renders you powerless." Max Lawrence grinned

"What?!" Gertrude gasped

Max then take off his glasses as his eyes turn from brown to gold with red outlining and brownish color surrounding the pupils. His cheeks bones became higher and his eyebrows are more defined as Thorn growls at the kids as Max's teeth turned into fangs.

"You got Felix there and I want him." Max Lawrence said with a controlling voice

Shirley lunge as Max laughed evilly and pick her up and throw her across the wall as both Robert and Dennis lunge at Max as Thorn bite Dennis on the leg as Dennis screamed in pain. Robert growled and tried to punch as Max dodge the punch with fast speed and grabbed a hold of his fist.
