hey lovies! sorry i haven't updated in a while! school and stuff like that :( ! anyways, i'm back with a whole new storyline for you all! can't wait to hear your thoughts! enjoy! <3
ps : if you noticed, yes, i changed all the titles of this book to actual chapter names! it seemed so plain without them! :)

* Jackson's POV *

Dylan ran to McDonald's to get us lunch.
I'm currently sitting on the couch, Athena cuddled and leaning against my leg, scrolling through Instagram.

I stop scrolling at a certain post that catches my eye.

It's posted by @relationships.usa .  (fun fact : i love this account with everything in me. if you're like me and you're single yet you adore watching cute relationship posts, follow them! *NO I'M NOT SPONSORING THEM LOL*)
It's two men with a child between them. As the video goes on, I learn that it's their son.

I smile at the thought of Dylan and I adopting a kid someday.

I get so caught up in the video that I don't notice that Dylan came back until he appears on the couch next to me and I feel his warm lips on my cheek.

I jump as a result of me not expecting him.

He chuckles. "What? I'm not allowed to kiss my boyfriend 'hello' anymore?" he asks, smiling.

I chuckle lightly. "No no no, baby. It's not that. I just didn't hear you come in. That's all," I reply.

His beautiful smile is still plastered on his face as he pulls my chin in gently and places his warm lips on mine.

It turns to a mini makeout as the kiss gets deeper. I slide my hands up his chest, to his shoulders, and around the back of his neck.

About 2 minutes later, we pull away.

"So..what are you watching anyway?" Dyl asks, leaning in toward my phone.

I play the video again. As it plays, I see a soft smile spread across his face.

"Aw cute," he says, once the video ends. "Come on babe..I got your favorite." He stands up and holds out his hand.

I stay there, looking at it for a few seconds before holding it. He pulls me up gently.

He pulls me in for a hug. We rock slowly back and forth in each other's arms.

He kisses my temple and we walk into the kitchen and eat.
