I ran out of the house with tears running down my face.

I don't have a ride, better start walking.
"Emma! Wait!" I heard someone yell. I turned around, and of course it was Mitch.
"I'm sorry. I didn't know that would upset you."
"I didn't either.." I mumbled.
"You know, after all these months, I've never stopped loving you."
"What? Then why'd you break up with me for that girl Lindsey?" I asked sternly.
"You know why.."
"I do?"
He looked at me with a confused face. "Yes, you do. You broke my heart."
"I broke your heart?"

I walked into the mall, and I was ready for our date. We decided nothing fancy, the mall food court. I had my hair curled, a turquoise crop top, white skinny jeans, and turquiose short boots that matched my top.
I looked around for Mitch until I saw him.
With his arm around some other girl, kissing her.
I felt a tear roll down my face.
I walked up to them.
"I see the happy couple is having fun.." I mumbled, with tears streaming down my face.
Mitch didn't defend himself or try to explain. Instead he said the words that I never thought would snap my life in half.
"This is what you get." He smirked and went back to kissing her.
//Flashback over
"You broke my heart.." I whispered.
"Did I? Or did you break mine?" He whispered, and then dissapeared into the cold black night.
