Close to Death

It was a sunny day. Actually, very sunny. The sun was blazing down on the hay colored grass.

School had just finished, and you couldn't wait to get to see your boyfriend, Taehyung. You loved him so much.

You got your backpack, and hopped onto the bus to take you home. But as you hopped on the bus, a weird feeling got into you. There were only 2 kids on this bus. You just sat there quietly, and pulled out your phone to text Taehyung.

You: Hey, I'm on the bus.

Taehyung: Okay, text me when your home. I'll come pick you up from there.

You shut off your phone, and put it away in your backpack.

That weird feeling came again. Little did you know, Taehyung had that feeling too, he was worried for you on that bus.

'Everyone buckled in?!' The bus driver yelled.

'Yes.' The two others yelled.

You couldn't take this weird feeling anymore.

'No, wait!' You screamed.

'What?' The bus driver replied to you.

'I forgot my mom was picking me up,' You made an excuse. She wasn't actually picking you up.

'Okay, get off.'

You got off your seat and headed off the bus.

'Y/N! I came to get you!' You heard a familiar voice yell to you, while you were watching the bus leave.

'Taehyung!?' You turned around to see him standing there, looking scared and relieved.

'I'm glad I got you,' He said, scared. 'I had a bad feeling about you going on that bus.'

'Same, that's why I got off of it.' You smiled.

'Let's go, I'll walk you home,' He says.

'Okay,' You walk up to his side.

'How was school?' He asked you.

'Good, I guess. No one bugged me.'

'That's better, sounds like it wasn't too bad,' He grabbed your hand and locked it with his.

You two heard a huge crash behind you guys.

'Oh my g-' You were speechless. Those are the only words that came out.

The bus you were on crashed sideways, and rolled down a hill.

'What the...' Taehyung and you just stood there. The bus lit on fire. When the bus was going up to the hill, he must have pulled the handle to fast to switch lanes, so it fell off the cliff. You and Taehyung were just standing near the edge off the cliff.

'I'm happy I came to get you,' Taehyung hugged you. Just feeling his warmth helped you. Even though you weren't on that bus, you felt like you were.

'Ye-yeah...' You agreed, standing there, watching the bus.
