three days of the test, thankfully hyewon and lucas did not get caught. hyewon puts a piece of paper on her thigh and just rolls her skirt if lucas ever asks her.
lucas felt as if luck was on his side while hyewon felt guilty. everyone had to study and put their nose on books for hours and here they are, cheating on a test.
"hyewon!" lucas called. hyewon looked at her side and faced him. "what?" she asked with an annoyed tone.
"what's number 43?"
hyewon rolls her eyes. she flipped to the question. before whispering to him the answer, her eyes search for any signs of the teacher watching them as the coast was all clear.
"thanks." lucas smiled whilst she sighed. when will this stop? when will he start studying and work hard just like everybody else? it isn't fair. sure it benefits her but she never felt right everytime she does this.
"time's over. put down your pencil and pass your paper to the front." the teacher ordered. so everyone started to pass their paper to the front and hand it to miss gong.
the bell ring signalling that the period was over. all the students got up from their seats, leaving the classroom.
hyewon wanted to go home as soon as possible. she is stressed out because of lucas. every second of the test she fears that the teacher might call out her name or maybe someone else had seen her peeking into a piece of paper.
hyewon saw lucas trying to get to her but the halls was too crowded. every student kept on bumpimg into one and another, making it hard to even breathe. lucas couldn't get to her as the students were just like animals who just got out of the zoo.
by riding the bus, hyewon got home a lot more faster. she'd usually walk as she didn't want to waste money on the bus.
but for today, she's tired. buses can be useful at times.
as soon as she entered her room, she grabbed her phone that was charging right next to her bed. she rolled to the other of the bed and immediately went to instagram.
