New room

Annie: Mommy can Kenz and me share a room please ?

Mommy: Of course if Kenzie wants to.

Kenzie: I'd love to!

Annie and I ran up to our room for the last few weeks I had been in the spare bedroom we started talking about our new room design.

Annie: I'm getting bored of pink walls I was thinking mint green with a paler pink border and curtains and zebra bed sheets with pink and mint green pillows and bunk beds that were white wood.

Kenzie: Omg I was thinking the exact same thing

We squealed and hugged.

We told Mommy and daddy what we wanted so they sold Annie's bed and quickly got to work buying painting and moving things for a while Annie and I will share the spare room. We each gave them $50 towards the new room since it wasn't our birthday.

They spent all day doing our room and we helped a lot by painting the walls and stuff daddy put the bunk beds together and the woman who bought Annie's old bed cam to collect it even Sydney's dad helped by kindly taking us to pick out bed sheets and pillows. We couldn't find perfect matches to our colour scheme but we made do with it.

By 11:00 that night the room was finished and we thanked Mommy and daddy a million times and it was the 4th of July tomorrow.
