Jessalyn's POV.
Its been a week since the "situation" at the school. And the only man I have been in touch with is Mackie. Dimitri had been silent, not even trying to see Lucian - not that im surprised,after all he is really is just all talk.
And then there is Sebastian I wanted to talk to him but being part of a media company my careers comes first for my child's sake...i unfortunately was briefed by Hazel who had to cover the story "the new/old fling in Sebastian Stan's life".
I feel like an absolute idiot. I stop talking to him for a day and what does he do? He goes back to his ex. It wasn't as if we were fighting I was merely doing what I thought was best for my child. I hate the cliche but it does seem like all men are the same.
Sebastian's POV
What is it with this woman? She won't answer my texts, calls - I'm losing sleep, I'm losing weight, I'm losing my mind over a women and it has only been one week. I don't think I have ever been in a situation where a woman has so much affect, I hate it so much -I hate it because I love it.
I know what I'm gonna do, I'm gonna go and get my woman.
Jessalyn's POV
Ugh, work has been so boring, the only buzz in my department is the Avengers - and lets be honest, the name associated with it is not with Mackie, breaking me out of my bordem, I get a knock from my boss.
"Mr Daniels?"
"Jess, we just got a huge opportunity to have a "ONE -on - ONE" segment with an Avenger, this could be huge for the network!!!" my boss said with excitement.
"Are you for real??"
"Yes Hazel is already in the studio setting up with Rob, you are on in" and then he looks at his watch " 7 minutes, remember Jess, this is the kind of the scoop that the company needs, we are facing major drops in views especially in your department so no pressure"
"On it Boss" I salute.
7 minutes later
"Ok so our guest is running a little late so what will happen is you will just start with an improv introduction and the the second camera will cut to our guest...You ready?" Asked Hazel all in professional mode
"Yeah sure, I've done this before" I take a deep breath and Rob counts me in.
Just as I finish my brief recap on Avengers Infinity War as my intro the guest sits down as if it was timed perfectly, instead it was not perfect - the complete opposite to be more exact.
"Hi" my guest with his smug yet absolutely encapsulating smile says. Well I can't let my personal life get in the way of my career.
"Sebastian Stan, so good to have you back, hopefully since it is still early in the morning you wont fall be mentally somewhere anywhere else but here" I say not forgetting to add sass in my greeting, then i see Hazel in the corner of my eye shaking her head. Oh well. But it doesn't seem to faze Sebastian at all. He just chuckles...
"Yeah even if i do say so myself, that was a long day and sadly it was your interview that seemed to have suffered. But I am indeed lazer focused today"
"Oh well what can we say it must be the old age catching up what are you now? 38 - 40?" I ask trying to sound insulting even though I know that the crew knows that I know what his age is.
"Oh well I hope I don't look that bad, I'm 36 actually". Sebastian is now looking at me waiting for my next question which is supposed to about him and Rocket but no, my emotions are kicking in so instead i ask.
"Oh so umm since being on Infinity War, I see it had helped you rekindle some old flames?"
"What I'm not getting the question? " Sebastian answers dumbfounded, like I asked a stupid question, fine lets try this again.
" Okay let me try this again, there is a picture of you kissing your ex? did you understand that question now?" Ohh but you can hear the irritation dripping from my mouth. And immediately Sebastian's demeanor changes he looks so serious - I got you now playa and on camera too.
I know I'm evil, haven't updated in ages and now a short chapter, but I am just getting settled in Uni, and from there hopefully I can start being more consistent with my updates.
