Jordyn

The plane just landed. Jordyn, don't freak out. Jordyn, don't freak out! I sigh, and grab my suitcase and step into the New York airport. It will only be a two hour bus ride before I get to Long Island.

Camp Half-Blood. Can't be that bad, right? Who will I meet? Will I make any friends? Will I hate it there? SHUT UP JORDYN! I mentally hush myself as I get on the bus. I see one seat left next to three teens my age, a girl and two boys. Well two boys but one looks more like a girl.

"Will!" the girl hits the boy-that-looks-like-a-girl's arm playfully. I sit next to the other boy, by the window. "Hi," he says, causing me to look over. "I'm Oscar, he says."

"Jordyn," I reply, watching the other two bicker.

"That's Maisie-" he says, pointing to the girl, "-and that's Will." he points to the girly-boy. "Is he..." I start to whisper, "...gay?" Oscar finishes for me, chuckling. I nod and he says, "Yeah."

We talk the whole car ride, about ourselves and everything in the world.

Will

We arrive at the bus stop, and the group of us walks to the line of the forest, and eventually see a bunch of cabins that weren't there before.

"Welcome to Camp Half-Blood!" I hear someone say, and I assume the leader is walking towards us.

"Hello, I'm Rose. I'm the Cabin leader for Athena. Are any of you Athena's child?" The girl asks us.

Maisie raises her hand, and beckons Maisie to follow her.

Maisie

The cabin leaded for Athena-- Rose-- showed me all the cabins, the dining patio, and the big house.

When we got back, the new girl was the only one left standing there. "Who's your god parent?" Rose asks.

"Um... Zeus." The girl says, and Rose runs off to fetch someone. When she gets back, she is not alone. A boy with sea green eyes is with her. "Welcome to Camp Half-Blood. I'm Percy Jackson, leader of Posiden cabin, and only claimed son of Posiden. Follow me." He says to her and they walk off, Rose in the rear, leaving me to my thoughts.

Oscar

I walk over to see Maisie standing alone. Maisie and I grew up together, and she was one of my childhood best friends. I would be lying if I said I didn't like her a little bit.

"Maisie!" I call out, and she turns around, startled. "I-I like you." I blurt out. Very blunt, Oscar. "I like you to, Oscar." She says, the words like music to my ears. I wrapped my arms around her and pressed my lips to hers.
