"Are you ready to leave Suiter?" My dad's voice echoed through the house. I groaned and texted Madi and Waverley that I was going and would text them everyday, jus to keep me sane.

"Suiter? Are you there?" I sighed at my dad and called down to him;

"Just wait a minute Dad!" I collected my suitcase and went downstairs. My mother was happily bustling around the kitchens cleaning up the breakfast plates. Placing the dishes into a frothy, bubbly sink. My dad took my suitcase and packed it into the car. I decided to watch some tv while the last parts of the packing where completed. The show spongebob square pants was on so I decided to watch that, because no matter how old you are you can always get a laugh or two out of spongebob.

Half an hour later we had left the house and where starting our eight hour car journey, heading towards a couples house I had never met before, in a place near Texas that I had also never heard of or been before. My summer was just getting better and better. Not.

"So what's the little child's name again?" I asked dryly, the question was aimed at my mother who was singing along to Abba.

"I don't know if it's Ray-gan or Ree-gan....mmmmm" my mother pondered on this for a while before confirming it as being Ree-gan. Even though she said this I knew it must be Ray-gan because my mother was terrible at remembering names. The journey was long and boring. The view was pretty much the same, switching from swamps, too farmland, to nothingness and back to swaps again. Of course we did pass through a handful of sleepy looking towns. My music filled my ears and I closed my eyes.

"We are here!" My mother sang in a voice that was too loud for my still-sleeping head. I groaned and opened my eyes. The sun beat down on the car heating my face. I got out of the car and stretched. My long brown hair fell messily around my face. I scraped it back into a messy bun and rubbed my eyes. My mother was already at the door pressing the white houses little doorbell and waiting patiently on the door mat. I took a minute to admire my surroundings; the big white house sat in front of me, it had a perfectly manicured garden with a few barbie tea sets. There was a white picket fence closing off the garden to unwanted visitors. After my quick evaluation I joined my motherly the door, my dad following slowly behind me. The bright blue door swung open and a chirpy looking blonde haired lady squealed like a teenager and hugged my mum, who to my surprise was squealing as well. I rolled my eyes.

After about ten minutes of hellos and welcomes we sat down in a creamy living room. There where paintings and picture on the walls and candles lining the the window ledges. I heard footsteps coming down the stairs before a girl walked into the room, she looked exactly like Mary. She looked at me and beamed.

"Hello! My name is Raegan! I have really been looking forward to meet you! Your name must be Suiter? Right? Can I show you my bedroom? I just got a new doll and I have dressed her up really fancy for meeting you!" It took me a few moments to process what the little girl had just said. Before I could answer to her many questions, she grabbed my arm and pulled me upstairs.

I was met with a dazzling amount of pink and sparkles as I entered her room. There where posters of boy bands and cupcakes on the wall and there where barbies sitting at a table with pretend cakes and drinks. All their hair was perfectly put up and they where all wearing little outfits that matched their shoes and bags.

"This is Arabella, she is my new doll! Isn't she just stunning? My other doll Lucy is a bit jealous because Bella, that's short for Arabella, has brown hair and Lucy has always wanted brown hair!" She sat there beaming at her dolls and me.

I got given a little blonde doll in a silvery dress called Zoe and was forced to play tea parties with Raegan for three hours. Her parents then saved me by telling her it was time for bed. I pretended to be disappointed in having to leave the tea party but thankfully Raegan informed me we could play tomorrow! Yay. Not.

I went into my own room and got changed before texting my two best friends about my day. It was fair to say I was going to be teased by them for the rest of my life for play tea parties at the age of seventeen. At ten o'clock I pulled on my stripy pyjama and switched of my light and fell asleep, I had had a long day and needed to rest.

**sorry it's short! I hope you are enjoying it! **
