"I am not in my right mood to talk about this Navu,please leave me alone..," Nandini sobbed in her baby voice while wiping her nose..

"Nandini,please open the door,you need someone and I am your best friend..please na..," Navya,Nandini's best friend tried convincing her while Nandini reluctantly agreed.

She opened the door and gave space for Navya to enter,who immediately hugged her while Nandini's sobs got louder with comfort Navya was providing her.

"Now tell me what's the matter Nandu..?" Navya asked making her sit on her bed.

"Mrs Malhotra used her powers to make me resign from my dream Navya,once again Passion and hardwork lost infront of Power and Fame..," Nandini let out her sadness.

"Nandini,she offered you to work in her house right..!?" Navya asked with a idea sticking head.

"Yeah!! To take care of her brat..!!" Nandini spat out her hate on the person she never met,she had already made a idea about the son of Mrs Nyonika Malhotra and hated him too,for these flow of events in her life.

"Then take up the job," Navya spoke making Nandini come out of her trance.

"What...!!You mean that I should  take up the job of being a personal Nutritionist..!?" Nandini was flabbergasted with Navya's advice.

"Listen to me Nandini,if you take  this job of baby-sitting Manik Malhotra,hand-in-hand you can ask Mrs Malhotra to give back your dream job to you..," Navya spoke caressing Nandini's forehead while she smiled and hugged Navya..

"Okay..okay..Navu I will meet you later..I love you..!!" She spoke before leaving her room and going out, not before hugging her worried Chachi.

"Manik,you need to be taken care of..your health is deteriorating with all these extra hours at office..you hardly sleep boy..," Srikant Malhotra spoke while caressing his son's forehead.

"But dad you know I am working on these projects.." Manik tried convincing but he could feel his eye-lids giving up with a pain in his neck.

"You know Manik, I always thought that with the fame and position that my child will become a brat,but see yourself you became a workaholic.." Srikant laughed while Manik chuckled with him.

The duo's conversation was interrupted with a sudden noise of the opening of the door.

Qnd there came Mrs Nyonika Malhotra, clad in her business suit followed by a young girl , with chubby cheeks and doe-eyes..who came and stood beside Nyonika, Facing the Malhotra Family.

"You got her..!? Impressive Nyonika..," Srikant Malhotra exclaimed seeing Nandini,while  Manik was unsure if the situation.

"Yes Sri,and you know what's next..!!" Nyonika told with a smirk adorning her face.

"Yes,you will get the project you wanted,now excuse me please..," Srikant spoke while looking warmly at Nandini, who was confused with all the proceedings while Manik rolled his eyes seeing the usual give-and-take offers.

Nyonika gave a forced smile to all before leaving the room..

"Hello, Nandini..," Srikant got up from his chair to greet Nandini..who greeted him back with a polite smile.

Her hatred for anyone could never take away the manners taught by her Amms to her.

"Nandini I don't know what Nyonika informed you,but let me make the whole thing clear to you,you have to take care of my Son Manik..here he is..," Srikant spoke in a soft manner while Manik widened his eyes at the piece of information.

"Dad..!?" Manik was shocked,he was never informed about Nandini..

Ignoring Manik's look , Srikant made Nandini sit on the sofa away from Manik's desk and described Nandini's job to her for which she reluctantly agreed. 

"Mr Malhotra,I have one issue..," Nandini spoke in a stern formal tone while she was shocked with the caring nature Srikant replied making Manik uncomfortable seeing the warmth between them.

"Say beta.." Srikant spoke absent mindedly,but composed the other minute and looked at Nandini.

"I will do the job of Mr Malhotra's personal Nutritionist, but I also want back my position in the Health Board back, which is taken away by Mrs Malhotra..," Nandini let out her issue while Srikant heaved in relief.

"Why is Dad behaving like this in front if that girl...he barely talked to me in a calm or caring way but here he is showering love to this outsider..may be it's true that I gon't deserve my Parent's love," Manik spoke to him-self with a self pity.

His trance was broken when he looked up to find Nandini looking at him with her beautiful doe-shaped eyes.

Beautiful..was what he felt her to be.

"Hello I am Nandini Murthy," Nandini spoke in her formal tone with a tinch of disinterest.

"Manik.Malhotra."

He replied in a stern tone before moving out of the cabin.
