Gabriella's p.o.v

It's 2 days until the wedding and I still have no dress! My boss is an asshole who won't let me leave work an hour before I have to, even though I had signed a contract that says I may ask to leave earlier twice a month and I only used it once this month.

Oh damn well I can't let Justin down and I need to find something.

I text Justin.

I have an emergency... -Gabriella

He quickly replies,

Oh no? What happened? -Justin

I don't have a dress for Saturday and my boss won't let me leave. -Gabriella

Just leave. -Justin

He'll fire me, J I can't lose my job. -Gabriella

Just leave. I'll offer you a new one with a much better pay. I need a new PA since I fired mine today. -Justin

Can I come to your office now? 😎 -Gabriella

Sure 😀 I'll have the papers and everything. -Justin

Well, here I go, see you in about 20 minutes. -Gabriella

K✌, be safe.  -Justin

I get everything and I get up.
"Where are you going, miss Collins?" My grumpy boss asks.
"I'm leaving. I don't care if you fire me or not but I know, I am allowed to leave early TWO days this month and you won't let me, so I am going." I say, clearly angry because all he does is piss me off.

He gets an sarcastic laugh that turns evil. "Oh no you don't. Sit down." He try to grab me but I just start to run.

Luckily Justin doesn't work to far away from here and I get to his office quickly. When I get to the main entrance of his office building, I see him standing there and I start collapsing and everything goes black.

Justin's p.o.v

Just after I texted Gabs, she's calling me. That's weird but I decide to answer anyway.
"Hey Gabs?"
No answer. I realize she must've butt dialed me and just as I'm about to end the call, I hear talking.

It's the conversation between her and her boss. Geez the guy is really an asshole. I hear the conversation going south and I hear frantic footsteps.

I go down to the main entrance to make sure I see Gabs first.

I stand there and I get worried. It's been 10 minutes already but I can still hear her running.
I look up and there I see her but she doesn't look good. I look closer, IS THAT BLOOD?

I hurry over to her and just as I reach her, she collapses in my arms.
I look down and see she passed out. I call to one of the guards to come help me and I yell for someone to call 911.

"It's gonna be alright Gabby, you're going to be okay, please be okay, please, please." I repeat the entire time to Gabs and then I hear it. The sirens. Their here. Thank goodness.

The paramedics rushes over to me and they place her on a stretcher.

"Sir, what happened?" The paramedic ask me.
"I don't know, but I know she ran quite a bit."
"And the cut?"
"I don't know, I just saw it when I held her."

Before I even realized, I was in the ambulance with Gabs on our way to hospital.

They ask me if she has medical insurance but I can't answer.
"Just take her to a private one. I'll pay, I don't care, just help her." I'm only focused now on saving this girl. This girl that changed my life. In less than 2 weeks, she changed my life, she's made me happy and she's the girl I can see myself marrying.

We reach the hospital and they take her away where I can't see. "Sir, please come fill in these forms."

I fill in the forms as quickly as possible and then I see her doctor coming in.

Oh no this can't be good...
