Two years later Mark no longer suffers from any symptoms of the injury. Mark has a successful job at the business and Macy now works at the hospital that Mark stayed in. What Macy didn't know was that Mark had a surprise for Macy that night. He has been saving portions of his paycheck to save and but Macy an engagement ring.
