I finished telling my parents everything. They were sitting on the couch, listening to every word. I stopped talking and looked down. What would they say? What would they do?

"Marinette, I know you have a beautiful singing voice, but missing school?" Dad said.

"I agree." Mom said. "You shouldn't be ashamed of your voice. After all, it is a part of you. You know, when I first sang in front of your father..." She was saying.

"Yeah, yeah. I know. He fell in love with you." I said, finishing her story.

"And I still do." Dad said.

I rolled my eyes. "So, am I grounded or not?" I asked.

"Well, if you don't miss school again then we won't ground you." Mom said.

"Thanks, mom. Thanks, dad." I said, kissing their cheeks. I then went upstairs.

I was back at my house, in my room. I laid on my bed and looked up at the ceiling. I let out a sigh.

I was going to see Marinette tonight for movies. But I couldn't forget what Plagg told me. Him and Ladybug's kiwami, in love. Why would he want me to go after Marinette? Why not Ladybug?

"Kid, it's almost time." Plagg said.

I looked at him. "Are you sure Plagg? I mean..."

"Not this again. Listen, it's not like a real date. Just go, have fun, and don't worry about me." He said.

"Thanks, Plagg."

I gave him some camembert. He started eating it. I finished getting more movies for tonight. I came back to see Plagg done with his camembert. I nodded at him.

"Plagg, claws out."

I was still embarrassed about Adrien hearing me sing. But I thought of what mom said. What if I was a good singer? I shook my head. I still didn't want him to hear me.

Tikki flew next to me. "Still thinking about today?" She asked.

"Tikki, this is serious. What if he hated it? And now he hates me for having an awful singing voice. Which means I'll never merry him, or have the big house, or the three kids, or the hamper named..."

"Marinette, calm down. I'm sure Adrien loved your singing. If he didn't, then why did he say he loved it?"

I blinked. "Wait. Adrien said he loved my singing? Adrien said he loved my singing?" I kept on saying that. Then it hit me.

"Adrien said he loved my singing!" I screamed. I couldn't believe it. He said that to my face. I couldn't even think right now. Or focus on anything.

I didn't even hear Chat on my balcony. He knocked but I was too focused on Adrien. Just then, I felt a hand on my shoulder. I screamed a little and turned around to see who it was.

"Chat, you scared me." I said.

"Well, you scared me when you screamed. I thought something bad happened." He said.

I rolled my eyes. "And why would you be scared if something happened to me?" I asked him.

His eyes seemed to be everywhere but at me. "Well, for one I'd lose the purrrtiest purrincess ever." He smirked at me.

I rolled my eyes. "Silly kitty." I said. I looked at him. "Did you bring the movies?" I asked him.

"Yeah, I just left them up on the balcony. I'll go get them." He said, jumping on my balcony.

-----Adrien P.O.
"I hope she likes these movies." I said to myself. Since Plagg wasn't with me, I was on my own with Marinette. And for some reason that scared me.

What if she hates the real me? Or the movies? Or makes fun of everything I do? I then thought about it. This was Marinette. A sweet, kind girl. She would never do any of that. I smiled and went back in her bedroom.

I saw Marinette waiting for me. She was at her desk, drawing something in her notebook. I jumped from her bed to her floor. She looked over at me.

"Took you long enough." She smiled.

I smiled back at her. "Aw, did my purrincess miss me?" I asked her.

She rolled her eyes. "More like I was waiting for you to bring the movies." She said.

She got out of her chair and walked over to me. Her eyes widened when she saw the bag of movies. "Do you really expect us to finish all of these in one night?" She asked, taking the bag from me.

"Well, not in one night. Maybe we can just watch a few and..." I said.

She laughed. "Aw, did my kitty want to come back again?" She teased. I knew she was only kidding around by calling me kitty, but something about the way she said it made me feel warm inside. Especially when she said 'my kitty'.

Did she really think of me as her kitty? Or just hers? I needed to know. But I couldn't give up on Ladybug. Even though Plagg told me to I just can't.

"Chat?" Marinette asked.

"What?" I asked, blinking a couple of times.

She laughed. "I said, what movie should we start with?"

"Oh, um, why don't you pick?" I asked her.

"Ok." She said, looking through the movies. She laughed as she pulled out all the movies.

She started talking about some she'd seen before and some that she hadn't. The ones she loved and the ones she hated, or was scared of.

Her eyes then widened as she saw a movie. She pulled it out of the bag and laughed.

"What?" I asked, not remembering what I packed.

She turned the cover to me. I then understood why she laugh. She smiled and walked over to her computer. "Coming?" She asked.

I followed her to her desk. She pulled up a chair for me and we sat down to watch the movie. She then pressed play and we both went quiet.

I smiled to myself. She seemed so happy with this movie. Maybe this was her favorite movie, or something like that. We then watched Mulan.
