BREAKING NEWS (unedited)
Cally's POV
Hi. I'm Cally Oath. From our last chapter I met up with one of my best friends; Florixia Simons. As you guys know, we are witches living in Beverly Hills. What happened is that we were doing the obvious in the mall. After encountering the world's biggest man-whore (sorry about my language) we were glad that we weren't going to be laid that night (disgust face) it wasn't long till we were attacked by Blaze wizards on the road. Reminder is that Blaze wizards aren't the friendly type. I clearly hate them so much. I mean, what's their problem? There is absolutely no reason that they have the right to disrespect us like this I mean -- OW!!! That's it...
Florixia stepped hard on the pedal. It was doing no good. I gripped on the door. I can feel my energy inside of me, begging me to release them.
Florixia was panicking. She's not used to her magic yet. So I guess it's up to me.
I whined down my window. I peaked my head out and immediately released my energy. I don't think it's nessesary to use my spells. But they're releasing infernos at us so I can play that game too.
They're easily dodging my spells. Of course I didn't complete my training yet. They're probably well-trained. Their faces are hard to inspect when they're wearing their head gauntlets. Each head is peaking out of the windows. Behind the mask, they're laughing at my naïve behaviour of fighting back. I can feel myself getting weak. I grunted as I leaned back on the seat.
I really wanted Florixia to help too. This is actually our first attempt for fighting for real. We aren't prepared for this. Driving to our house to my parents is a symbol of cowardness. And I don't want to be a coward. I'm 16. I want to prove I can do this. But I'm too weak. My spells aren't strong enough. What a waste. Note: Keep training.
"Florix, we've been training for a while, and perhaps this is the perfect time of using our spells right now." I sarcastically said with a tiny bit of a serious voice.
She slowly took a deep breath. "Okay, just give me a moment." She closed her eyes.
I hit my head on the seat as the car jerked again but hoping that Florixia can think of something quick.
Florixia raised her hand from the wheel. Confused, I stared at her forgetting about the Blaze wizards. I looked at the front of us to see.........
Grass?
In the distance, grass was starting to grow. These are coming from the grass on the sidewalk.
As we drove passed it, the long grass lundged itself towards the car behind us. I watched as the car flew in the air all wrapped up. Next thing you know, it flicked itself to make the car fly in the distance.
"Yeah! You did it Florix!" I cheered.
"That was so awesome. I can't believe I just did that." She panted excitedly.
I turned the radio on. Little Mix's version of Word Up blast through the car. So inspiring...
