Deltarune Christmas AU: The Crazy Christmas Party

Chapter 1

   Kris sat on a bar stool at the counter of Sans bar. They had a warm hot chocolate in their hands with their head on the counter. Kris had asked Sans days earlier if he could use his bar for a Christmas Party for him and his friends, Kris wasn't really too fond of Sans at the time being, but he had a bar that sold killer food. It's not that Kris hated Sans, it's just that he wasn't really to comfortable with Sans being with his mom. ( Same here with Author~san, but it's cannon, so I have to suck it up.) Every time the two of them were together they would always flirt and share puns, he knew his mom was aloud to have new relationship after the devoice but he didn't have to like it. Especially it being with Sans, he would always make it a point tease him about it and it didn't help that he was much younger than her.

   Kris looked around the space bustling with teens, he was honestly surprised that this many kids came he didn't even know a lot of them. He focused on Noelle and Susie hanging out at a booth talking. Its was super obvious that they liked each other, but they seemed to be in that stay where neither party wants to say anything in the fear of ruining the friendship. Kris noticed Berdly in the crowd, he was with Catti and Jockington standing by the punch and chatting. Berdly was a the textbook definition of smartass, all he every did was talk about how much of an intellectual he how everyone else inferior and could never match his intellect.  He had no idea how Noelle could be Friends with him, he would have stomped the shit out of him by now. His friends were also kind of fishy to -Jockington at the very least was-he was making sure to watch Jockington, he had a feeling he might try something with the punch. 

   Kris still couldn't help but feel like something was missing,  he wished his friends from the dark world could be here. They would probably love it up here! There would be sooo much stuff he wanted to show them! They could build snowmen, go sledding, drink hot chocolate check out his favorate shops...  but they couldn't, there was no using wasting time thinking about the impossible. Wait... could they? Well they never tried, so why not? What's the worst that could happen?

   Kris ran over to Susie and pulled her aside. "Susie!"

"God, Dude What is it?" She asked half annoyed. 

"Do you think we can go back to that closet?"

"Um, Kris, maybe you forgot, but the school's closed! Why are we going there anyway?"

"I thought we could, maybe, umm...., bring them, here.....?"

"Dude, I would be all for this, but is it possible?"

"I don't know, be i mean we never tried, so."

"Sure then! Were bringing Lancer right!" Susie started getting filled with excitement. "Let's do this!"

   Kris scanned the bar to look for MK, he noticed he was stuffing his face with fries, like he was actually shoving his face in a plate of fries. He had some of the other kids around him that he was making laugh. One of them who was a pony with pink curly fluffy pink hair, an almost organ tone to her skin and feathered wings along with a bushy pink tail, took some of the fries off his plate and started eating them. MK faked a looking offended and she stuck her tongue at him. He went and pulled over Monster Kid away from his group, a fry dropping from his face as Kris dragged him away, "Okay, MK, me and Susie are going to go do something, I'm leaving you in charge of this party until we come back. You got this..., right?" Kris wasn't fully sure he should leave Monster kid in charge, but what's the worst that can happen?

   MK beamed with Excitement. "You bet ya Kris! I'll take charge till you and Susie come back!" MK was full of joy.

   MK got on both table as Kris and Susie were leaving, then he cleared his throat. "Hey, you guys, I'm in charge now, and let's get out of our minds!" The pink haired pony kid from earlier whooped and cheered as others followed and began cheering as well, MK pointed his head at the speakers. Catti who was by the speakers trying to charge her phone, rolled her eyes catching on and turned up the music on the speakers.  Kris was starting to regret his decision, but his new focus is breaking into his school.

   Susie and Kris had made there ways to their school. When they finally got there, they stood by the door discussing how they would get in.

"We should break down the door, it's faster, plus its not like they would know who did it!"

"Susie, we can't do that! too much of a scene! Why not just pick the lock, or even just find an open window!"

"Nah Kris, that would be basic! I say break down the door."

As the two argued over which way was best, their teacher came out the school doors.

"K-Kis? Susie? Wa-Why are you two here?"

"Oh Hey Ms. Alphys, we were um..-"

"We were coming to grab our school books!" Susie interrupted.

"A-ah-t 8:00 at night?"

"Yeah? So what we left em."

Ms. Alphys was suspicious, she looked to the watch that was on her wrist and sighed. "Don't break anything! I-I got somewhere I reeaallllyyy need to be!" She unlocked the door and let the two kids in.

As they got a significant distance away from the door Susie turned to Kris and punch him on the shoulder. "Geez, Kris you can't lie for shit!"

   Kris rubbed his shoulder as the two walked through the dark empty school they tried to make there way to that closet from before. They could barely see until Kris pulled out his phone flashlight. They looked back they way they came to see that the door was closed and Ms. Alphys was gone. They made their way to the closet and opened the door.

(AN: the first chapter is finally done! I didn't take as long as i thought it would, but still! Anyway this is my first story and I hope it's okay. I wanted to start this story off good and I hope things came out okay and were understandable. Anyway, see you in the next chapter!)
