okay i am not telling you to eat whatever you want to have a beautiful skin, but some food have a good effect for your skin.
1: avocado :
It is not for nothing that avocado have gained increasing popularity in recent years. They are full of benefits for our body. Avocado is one of the foods that help to keep skin looking young. Thanks to its many nutrients (vitamins A, C and E) and its antioxidants, the avocado moisturizes the skin and makes it more supple.
2: green tea :
You will certainly be happy to know that you can drink as much green tea as you want! Its richness in antioxidants helps to obtain a hydrated and supple skin. Green tea would also prevent acne. In fact, drinking green tea would reduce the production of a hormone (dihydrotestosterone) that causes these rashes.
3: fish :
Eating fish would help to have a beautiful and young skin. Its omega-3 intake slows the appearance of wrinkles and reduces inflammation of the face. In other words, it fights acne!
4: rice :
When present in our diet, rice preserves the hydration of our skin. Its nutrients are absorbed by the outer layer of the skin. It is the ideal accompaniment for our meals!
5: water :
Drinking water regularly is the key to hydrated skin. To replace the sweat we are losing, we need to drink enough water, between 2 and 3 litters per day. To keep the skin hydrated, bring a bottle of reusable water. You will be more likely to drink!
