We finally landed at the beautiful airport of Cancun, Mexico. The brochure revealed only a share of the excellence of Mexico. Being here in person, you can observe it yourself, the views, the smells, just the environment makes you fall in love. It felt greater than Rio, people were dancing, wearing cute ass outfits, hats, and the food was most definitely my favorite part. The smell consumed my soul, it felt like the scent picked me up and carried me over closer to it. I looked behind me to see Sophie staring at a map, and Kaitlyn already arranging a head start on the flirting. I swear we can't take this girl anywhere.
"Any idea how to get to our destination.", I asked Sophia.
"Yeah we could catch a cab I guess, man I'm starting to miss Kaitlyn's car a lot more now.", she said staring off into space.
Sophia was more in love with Kaitlyn's car than she was. Hard to believe, but it's true. When Kaitlyn first got her car, Sophia screamed more powerful and larger than Kaitlyn and it wasn't even her car. Now what does that tell you, I'll wait.
"Kaitlyn you wanna focus on getting to the apartment?!", I shouted.
I may seem like a total bitch for "cock-blocking" my friend when she's doing her thing, but if I didn't we would've been at the airport until tomorrow, maybe even longer. She delivered me that evil eye look, that was always her way of telling us to either shut up or back off. I wasn't in the mood for her childish tantrum if I ruined the chance of her getting this guy's number, but then again, I wasn't in the mood to wait all day out here for her to finish either. A sacrifice had to be made.
"Kaitlyn let's go! Sophia's calling the cab!", I shouted.
When I looked at Sophia she was laughing while looking at the map. I questioned what made her so merry and giggly.
"What's so funny?" I asked.
"You know we're never going to hear the end of this right?" Sophia whispered to me.
"Yep," I smirked.
"Okay then." she giggled.
When the taxi arrived Sophia and I put our things in the trunk. We glanced over to see that Kaitlyn was still having a conversation with that guy. We were just about to depart for our hotel room until she came rushing with a huge smile on her face. I had an impression it was because she got the guys number, or he asked her out on a date.
"I am the happiest girl in the world right now."
"Why?"
"Don't you know why Sophia? She probably got his number, social security, address; you name it she's got it."
"Well, actually it's reversed," Kaitlyn said.
We both gave her that "what the hell" look, she didn't even know the guy, they talked for fifteen maybe twenty minutes, and already she gave away all her information to someone she hasn't even gone on a date with yet.
"What the hell is wrong with you Kaitlyn?"
"What did I do?"
"What did you do?! You just gave away our private location to someone you don't even know." Sophia stated.
"Not to mention you didn't even ask if we were okay with it," I said.
"I thought we were here to have fun, what happened to that plan?"
"Kaitlyn that's not fun, that's just being plain dumb," Sophia said.
"Let's just get in the car because you know she's not listening to us anyway," I said.
