Tracy's POV
Once we get home, they notice the newborn exceeds on our palm.
"Where did they come from?" Natsu ask.
"Out of thin blue air."
"Well, the story is going to take a long while so maybe next time."
"We have time." Everyone said in unison.
"Shhh! Ivy and Nevo are asleep." Isabelle shush them.
"So, while walking home, the exceed eggs are falling down the sky. We thought it was a ball but when we look again, it's an egg. We caught it and then monsters came out. They surrounded us." Matthew explain.
"IM SO HAPPY BECAUSE WE GET TO BATTLE THEM. AND OF COURSE, WE'RE THE HEROES, SO WE WON. 3 AGAINST MANY AND BAM! WE BEAT 'EM!" Tracy yells.
"Lower your damn voice. My ears hurt. Plus you'll wake the exceeds." Gajeel said.
"Grumpy as ever."
"Just to let you know, the one of the many monsters said to us, 'give us...Dragon Pearl.' They say it like we have them."
"Then they're a baka (idiot)."
"Anyway...I don't know how to take care of baby exceed." I said.
"Natsu, Happy~ tell me how you guys grow. Charle, Wendy~ help me too. I want to be responsible in taking care of Ivy."
"I don't have much memories of taking care of Happy. Lasagna, I mean Lisanna, always take care of Happy mostly. Not me."
"Aye."
"I think feeding milk is good enough. Like how baby cat are raised." Isabelle said.
"I'm still a little kid so I can't
remember. Sorry." Wendy apologize.
"It's fine, I guess we'll just take care of these newborn exceed the baby cat way." I said.
"Let's get them some clothes." I suggest.
"SHOPPING TIME~" Lucy cheered.
"I'll need to read some new books. I really like those folk tales that you guys write." Levy said.
"I guess I'll buy some clothes too. Charle, are you coming right?"
"Yes, child."
"Buy me some fish." Happy said.
"Are you guys coming?" I ask.
"Nah, we're staying."
"No, you're coming with us. I'm not trusting you guys home alone."
"We have Jellal, Isabelle. He'll take care of them, right Jellal?" I ask.
He nod his head.
"Let's go girls."
"Juvia's only going If Gray-sama goes."
"Juvia, we're going to buy clothes. And you can buy new clothes to show it to your Gray-sama, he might even fall heel over you."
"Juvia agreed. Let's go." She said.
Me and Isabelle high five.
"Nice one."
In the bus...
"A-are we there yet?" I ask. I feel super sick. Was it the right choice to choose?
"Huh." I hear a soft voice.
I look down on my lap, "don't worry about me, Ivy, I'm fine."
Ivy crawl into my jacket. She's so adorable.
