I wake up with my legs and arms spread all over the bed, I try to reach out for him, but he's not there anymore. Was this all a dream?
I open my eyes and look around, I'm still in Jimin's bedroom. But he's not here. Did he leave? Is everything okay? Are his parents back???
I get up and slowly walk down the stairs, I hear nothing but the creaks of the wooden floor breaking through the eerie silence of his house.
There's no one in the kitchen, no one in the living room, even the bathroom.
Am I alone in Park Jimin's place?
I take a step towards the back of the house to see if he's at the backyard, but as soon as I do so I hear the sound of fibbling keys outside the front door.
My heart starts pounding in my chest, my brain goes blank. I'm still in only Jimin's shirt and my underwear, roaming around his house.
Maybe it really is his parents. But if it was, wouldn't Jimin leave a note or a text? But he didn't.
As I'm thinking of ways to hide or escape that house, frozen in place, my wide eyes looking around, the door opens and a smiley Jimin shows up.
"Hey, princess. Good morning." he says, closing and locking the door behind him, a white cardboard box on his other hand.
I exhale a deep breath I didn't know I was holding as Jimin naturally walks in, leaving the box on top of the dinner table.
"Is everything okay? Why do you look like you just saw a ghost?"
"Because- Ugh, Park Jimin! You scared me!" I whine, stomping my foot on the floor.
"I'm sorry." he rushes over to me, a big smile on his face and arms aiming for my waist, "I brought donuts!" he says excitedly.
"Oh..." I smile sneakily, my hands resting on his arms, "Good morning, Park Jimin." I joke, leaning closer to him.
"Good morning, beautiful." he says before giving my lips a quick peck.
Then we both sit down and open the box of donuts, I see a colorful variety that makes my mouth already start to water.
"Which one do you want?" he asks.
"The chocolate one!" I say picking the donut up.
"Okay, I'll get the... Pink one." he says.
"Wait, I thought you were on a diet?"
"Oh, yeah... I was never on a diet I just didn't have money to pay for pancakes for the both of us."
"What?!"
"I just knew that if I told you, you would want to pay for everything and-"
"Why didn't you tell me? I would've given up the pancakes or... Even bought it for you!"
"That's exactly what I didn't want."
"Aish..." I roll my eyes.
"Are you mad?"
"Mhm."
"You still said you love me last night anyways." he shrugs.
"I d-did."
"Oh, so it was legit? You meant it this time?" he asks in all seriousness.
"Yes, I meant it- Wait? This time?"
"Y-yeah... I- That night you came here after the fight, it was the middle of the night and you said you loved me while sleeping."
"Oh? Oh. Oh!" I, surprised, reply, "That's why you asked me if I talk on my sleep. Why didn't you tell me tho?"
