2: Strange and Suspicious Situations:

Annie was beside me, saddling up her horse, I was tightening the girth for mine while Jean sat on his horse desperately trying to get our attention by posing like a jockey and generally making a fool of himself.
'Cadet Kirschstein!' If you really wanted to race horses all day maybe you should've stayed in that pampered life of yours and rented a pony!' Shadis screamed at Jean. Making him jump and almost fall of his mount.
Meanwhile, Annie was on her horse and beckoning for me to do the same, 'maybe if you spent less time staring at pony face over there you'd actually get through one day without having to run laps' she sighed.
Just as I had saddled up, Jean trotted up to me with impeccable precision and nudged his horse into mine, causing it to buck and throw me off.
I braced for impact, here we go, another months cleaning duties thanks to horsey...
Surprising, the mud splat did not come, I was welcomed into warm arms as I snuggled into my saviour, not knowing or caring who it was.
I was interrupted by a shy voice as my hero began to speak, 'F/N!' They squealed.'what are you doing? Argh...'
I looked up at the brunette above me, his face was even redder than before.
Grinning madly, I sat up in his arms before whispering a quiet 'Thank you!' In his ear and kissing his cheek before leaping on the ground, then back on my steed, to be greeted by a peculiar face from Annie and a jealous pout from the wrong doer in this incident...
As we trotted together in unison along the training grounds, Jean was alongside me, slowly closing in.
'hey! Hey! F/n L/n! Listen!' He said, desperately trying to talk to me.
'What?' I snapped back, clearly not in the mood.
'Woah there, what's wrong with you f/n?' jean replied, not taking the hint.
'Just go away jean!'
'Not until you tell me what's up!'
'JEAN!' I screamed, making everyone look at me in disbelief, even stoic faced heichou had widened his eyes a little.
'You got one loud mouth there cadet l/n!' Shadis warned before cantering to catch up with the rest of his squad...
The rest of the ride was pretty quiet, apart from Heichou and Shadis barking orders at us and Hanji questioning most of us about titans.
We finally got back without any major accidents. All the girls chatted and walked back together to their dorms as the boys walked behind us suspiciously.
Bertolt's POV:
Reiner walked across from me, whispering to Connie. Why were we walking behind the girls? And why was Reiner talking to Connie? From what I know they're not the best of friends...
Before I knew it, Connie dashed up to Sasha in front of us and lead her away to the kitchen.
'Strange' I thought to myself as Eren skipped forwards and whispered something to Mikasa before dragging her away too, what was going on?
Readers POV:
'Whhaaaaa?' I exclaimed as Sasha and Mikasa disappeared from my side. What were the guys up to?
I quickly became aware that the stalkers behind us were up to trouble. Annie looked across and gave me her best 'Don't fall for it!' look.
Not long after, a shy looking Armin slipped beside Ymir and Krista, talking to the smaller of the two and running off quickly with her, clearly embarrassed.
The tall, tanned girl hot on his trail and poor Krista
squealing with shock as she was dragged away...
Now only Reiner, Jean, Marco and Bertolt remained with just me and Annie left. She began speed walking and so did I, only to be chased by the donkeys behind us.
'We need to get away!' Annie panted as we sprinted along the corridor.
'I think I know that!' I exclaimed, looking all the time for an exit.
'What are we even doing?!' Squealed Marco from behind, stopping by his door and leaving the hunt.
'Sorry Marco!' Jean shouted back to him as the horse face ran faster to keep up with the giants in front of him.
'Woah! These chicks can really move!' Said Reiner, looking a little out of breath.
'Can't keep up?' Annie teased beside me, she was enjoying making the men suffer.
'Please...just...stop!' This was the first time Bertl has spoken throughout the entire ordeal, Annie shot me a cheeky grin as we turned a corner and she bailed me into a locker room.
'Where the heck did they go?!' We sniggered at the sound of Reiner's annoyed voice as the guys desperately tried to find us.
'Maybe they are aliens who teleported?' Jean added in unhelpfully as Bertolt hit his head against a near wall.
'Why are you even here horse face?!' Snarled Reiner angrily. 'Well, uh, I, um...' Jean began.
'Cuz if you're after f/n or Annie you better back down now!' Reiner continued in a low,husky growl which sounded almost wolf like and protective...
'Hey, I think someone likes you~' Annie whispered to me.
'Says you! Reiner's been trying to seduce you from the day you met!' We both giggled at this, causing Bertolt to freeze and go to Reiner.
'Um, I don't think they're here, why don't I check the lockers and you two check the third floor?' I stared at my bezzie in shock before freezing too and listening to the boys walking away.
'Phew-...arrgh!' I squealed as Bertolt opened the locker, sweating and red faced.
'Uhuh...hi?' Stepping aside he let us escape the room.
'What the hell Bertl?' Annie said, confused. 'Why didn't you just give us away?'
Bertolt looked shocked for a moment before relaxing a little and speaking,'well...I...er, figured you wouldn't really want to be found by...um, them.'
I leaned against him and gave him a little nudge, 'awh thanks bert! That's really sweet...!'
'Bert?!' He exclaimed, open mouthed.
'Ok, no need to gawk big guy!' Annie teased.
'Big Guy?!'
'Haha, yeah BFG!'
'Waaaaaah!'
'Ok, ok, stop f/n. You ok...titan?'
That was it for Bertolt, he gave one last panicked look around the corridor at us before completely giving up and fainting on the spot.
Obviously 'compliments' were his weak point...
'I can't believe you Annie!' I said as we half-carried, half- dragged the fainted lump back to his room.
'Hey, it wasn't me who started it!' She joked back, straining as we continued to pull Bertl along the floor.
