Chapter 3- This is her

"Will you come up on stage to me?"

She comes toward him and he helps her up on the stage, he kisses her on the cheek and they hold hands as they go to the microfon.

"This is her"

She looked at him, so happy so damm happy. Knowing that Vermont is happening.

The crowd claps and smiles. They seem so like this, like her as the new first lady.

Then she sees Mellie, Mellie runs out of the room. Crying. And the kids come forward to them and hugged them and said "Finally guys". She asks them if they were okay with this, and they answered "of course, we love mom and dad, but they aren't happy, and if this is what makes them happy then we are happy".

She just looks at them, she has this big smile and then she hugs them, hugs them as tight as she can. Because those kids are adorable.

They walk down the stairs and go to the limo, Olivia Fitz and the kids. Olivia sees Mellie and asks her to join them, because they need to talk. Mellie gets in the car and they drive home.

Mellie says she is sad, but also grateful, because now she can find a husband who really loves her.
