The elf village

I looked around me. I don't know why, but I expected tiny people in pointy hats. I mean they were short just not... small. A smiley elf walked up to me as if he was my friend. He was smiling so hard it seemed like his teeth would fall out.
"Oh you're the prince Tharris told me about, a bit mischievous, eh?"
"Uh, yeah.. sure"
"I hate to break to you but, you can't stay in Ceplin, my boyfriend already knows about you, and he told our neighbours and-"
"I'm used to it. It's fine."
"Oh... well you have to go to Gulpon"
"Gulpon?"
"The fairy village"
" What! But I thought men aren't allowed there?"
"They are. They just aren't very welcoming"
The elf handed me a map and vanished into the small cottage.
I guess I'm on my own now. Darren followed the map until he saw a bright city. Is this really Gulpon? It looks so industrial! After seeing the bright skyscrapers, Darren wasn't so sure that this bill didn't know his intentions. He continued walking until he stumbled upon a bench.
Sitting on the bench, Darren analyzed the signs looking for a hotel to stay in. The village looked like a city. A large one. Looking at the neon lights and boards, he finally found one that said H O T E L F O R A L L.
Before he even stood up, Darren felt an excruciatingly sharp pain in his arm.
"OW!" When he glanced at his arm, an arrow was pierced in his skin.
"Oh no!" A girl his age was holding a bow.
