The last few days leading to Jennie's fate felt cruel for Lisa. Jennie had already lost all her hair, but Lisa still thought she looked as beautiful as ever. "Lisa-yah.." Jennie called out to Lisa softly. "Dae, Jennie unnie?" Lisa replied. "I love you LaLiz, but it's time to say goodbye......". Lisa felt her heart break into a million pieces. Jennie was not dead yet, but she knew what lay ahead. "No...please don't-don't s-say that" Lisa whimpered, holding Jennie in her arms. "I love you" Jennie simply said.
The next morning, Lisa woke up. Jennie was laying peacefully beside her. "Jennie unnie. Wake up...it's time for breakfast babe" Lisa shook Jennie gently. No response. "Jennie-yah" Lisa tried again, shaking slightly harder than before. That's when she heard it. *beeeeepppp* came the dreaded sound from the heart monitor... "No...No...Please no!!! Jennie wake up please!!!! Don't leave me!! Please Jen-" Lisa cried out as she felt Nurses pull her out of the room and doctors tried to revive the still body that lay on the bed. Lisa kicked and screamed and shouted "JENNIE!! NO! PLEASE DON'T GO! NOT NOW PLEASE! I LOVE YOU PLEASE...don't go...". Lisa hung her head as the nurses slowly let go of her and allowed her to take one last look at the cold body that lay on the bed. Lisa held Jennie's hand tightly. "I-I love you too" she said, tears pouring down her face. She couldn't believe it. She was gone. The love of her life was gone. Forever.
