It's weird you decide. You've been away from your hometown for six months.
You left Busan. And now you're a part of the busy life in Seoul. It's weird how things were. You left Busan because you were now getting to work in a well paid company,well you don't exactly need money, you just needed some space.
"How have things been?"
You smile at your co-worker. Lee Shinjung. Apprently your best friend and your roommate. You got to know each other through your cousin ,well your cousin was another case.
"They're still rooting for the engagement" You smile at yourself, smiling more at your pathetic life.
Shinjung slowly nodded, understanding the situation clearly.
"Is he ready though?"
Shinjung adjusts her skirt rumanging through the table and picking up a pink purse. You give her a thumbs up before sighing.
Another movie date,Shinjung and Jung Hoseok's ofcourse. You're just a third wheeling however you were quiet confident that Yoongi would be there to give you company. At least that's what Shinjung told you.
"I don't know we're just 22, it's too early and besides I haven't heard from him since he returned from Daegu to Busan" You check yourself for the last time before walking out of the apartment with Shinjung.
"You know give him time. It must be so shocking for him, he has to marry his best friend one day" Shinjung gave you a slight pat on your back and you jogged up to the parking lot, knowing clearly Hoseok would already be there.
"Yo Avisha, hey babe!" Shinjung giggled and hugged Hoseok crushing his bones while you just high-fived him. Hoseok pointed at the back seat and you slowly walk towards the car.
Yoongi is always sleeping. But when you open the door you notice him.
The last guy on earth you would want to talk to.
"Jeon Jungkook! Where is Yoongi?"
Jungkook, the person who you found adorable in the beginning but soon learnt that he was a crazy, irritating also a little adorable however a natural flirt and a born jerk.
"Wow I'm hurt you didn't even greet me properly" Jungkook cheekily smiled while seeing you roll your eyes and tapped on the seat next to him.
"Come on in. Hyung had work so I volunteered to come"
Hoseok sneered getting into the driving seat while sweetly helping Shinjung with her seatbelt.
"More like convinced Yoongi to have a weekend sleep-in while he tagged along with me"
You got into the second seat slamming the door in annoyance while the human bunny next to you shuffled.
"Ahhhhhh hyung!! " He wined and you could not help but giggle.
Jeon Jungkook could be really adorable and times and you've mastered the art of suppressing your coo's. This is not the first time Jungkook has managed to go out with you.
And you almost got used to it. Almost.
In your eyes Jungkook is just a sweet guy who sometimes crosses his level. He's very unstable in his relationships and trusting him is not an option.
However in reality he's the heir of the company you work in. It's not like you'd be interested in him for that. You're also the shareholder of one of the biggest companies in Busan, in simple words you will be inheriting most of the shares of the company that your father and his best friend owned.
That is, if you marry your father's best friend's son the only heir to the company. And that is why you're here in Seoul,running away from everyone including your responsibilities.
The truth is, its not like you don't want to marry and you don't really have an issue against arrange marriages however you're not exactly sure if you want to marry your best friend, the guy you've loved more like a brother and him as your life partner.... Impossible.
"Hey Avisha how about we go for dinner tonight together after this is over?" You see Jungkook with his sparkling doe eyes pointing at the JungSeok couple and referring their cute car conversation as "This".
"I'm busy" You let out. This is what you have been doing once you found out that Jungkook likes you and you're always finding ways to not hang out with him, however you know quite well that Jungkook hates two things in his life the most, one rejection and two losing.
"You've been hell busy for the past two weeks. Do you even get time to breathe?" Jungkook put on a poker face, hands on his thighs, those damn thighs and eyes straight on the road ahead. This is not the first time you've pissed him.
The truth is, you don't mind a little fun and it's not like you've had a non-existant relationship life before and dated assholes and got cheated on and stuff. It's just that you could never really connect with the people you dated. And most of them ended up being your friends and friends.
You'd be lying if you said you weren't attracted to the hot piece of shit sitting beside you but the time was not right, you needed a piece of mind of your own. You needed time and space.
You could get married soon. Who knows?
"Just go. He's not going to eat you" Shinjung smiled with the face of a betrayer. Hoseok smiled while parking the car, entwining hands with Shinjung as he removed her seat belt.
"Just say that you want to spend time together doing all unholy things while I get stuck with this dude here?"
You scoff getting out, Jungkook following you almost tripping but then making his way beside you.
"Hey I'm hurt. You don't know how many girls want to get stuck with this dude here" You almost throw up when you realize Jungkook had been talking about his dick the whole time.
"Oh my holy ears. Jungkook stop!" Shinjung screeched clutching the can of sprite tightly.
"It's not like you've haven't seen Hyung's little friend about a thousand times already" Jungkook grabbed the sprite drinking his victory while you gagged in a corner.
"He's huge. You wouldn't know" Shinjung smiled taking a sip of the sprite while Jungkook choked.
Hoseok slowly made his way towards you, passing a bucket of popcorn to you as you made your way to the theater.
"My babe does not lie" He winked.
You scrunched up your nose in disgust. You were in the midst of freaking pervs.
"Can we stop talking about dicks. Have some shame we're here to watch 'The lion King' for God's sake."
You grit through your teeth and make your way to your seat. Sitting beside Jungkook with Hoseok and Shinjung a few seats behind you.
"The dinners still on though" Jungkook smirked. Eyes focused on you as you focused on the big screen.
Jungkook reached out for your bucket of popcorn and as a reflex you slap his hand away.
"Keep your eyes and hand away from me and my popcorn you perv" You smile.
"Ouch! I thought we would share" Jungkook gave a pained expression.
Now he wouldn't even get popcorn.
His life was ruined.
"You better get me something nice for dinner since I'll be hungry after the movie" Jungkook shifted closer to you.
The movie had started and there were many kids and their parents watching. It's the Lion King Ofcourse.
"What makes you think I'll buy you dinner instead of running back to my apartment for me time?" You smirk, stuffing some popcorn into your mouth.
"First Yoongi hyung is sleeping in Hoseok Hyungs place and second that" You turn around to where Jungkook had pointed. And behold, you see Hoseok and Shinjung eating up each others faces.
You choke on your popcorn. Turing to face the big screen once again.
"Only burger and fries"
Jungkook smirked in victory.
"That should do"
Dinner with Jungkook. Didn't sound that bad.
