The Forgotten One (Elena Gilbert's twin sister)

6 MONTHS EARLIER:

I laughed before snatching the chocolate bar from Tyler's hands. "Sarah" He whined at me causing me to giggle "Catch me if you can" I giggled before i ran away from him,heading upstairs.I hear him running behind me "Sarah.This isnt funny" he moaned  "Ty.I will give it to you if you can catch me" i teased causing Jeremy and Aimee,who were standing at the hall to laugh at us "You're such a weirdo's" Aimee laughed "Amen" Jeremy laughed causing me to stick up my tongue at him before i softly gasped as i saw Tyler standinf in front of me.Dammit,he got me i silently cursed. "I catched you.Now give it back" he said "Hmm.." I said winking at him before placing the bar behind of me,i could hear Tyler moaning before i felt him grapping my arms,trying to took the bar.Im not sure how it exactly happened,but somehow i suddenly felt how i lost my balance,i could hear screams coming from Jeremy and Aimee while i fell the stairs down.I remember everyone screaming at my name,i remember Aimee yelling "SARAH.SARAH" I remember that i heard Tyler gasping.I could hear Jeremy's screams,and that's all i remember before everything slowly faded away and when dark silence consumed me...darkness...

TYLER'S POV:
I couldnt stop crying.Its all my fault.She is unconscious because of me.I felt someone tapping me on my shoulder and i slowly turned around and saw very concerned looking Caroline staring at me "What happened?" She asked while looking at the parameds that took Sarah in the strerchers.I saw them placing a head support on her and i just stayed frozen until i finally maaged to turn my teary gaze on Caroline "I did this.This is my fault" I cried,not being able to hold back the tears that now were running down at my cheeks.I started sobbing and i couldnt stop it.Caroline softly took me in her arms,trying to calm me down "Shh...it was accident.She will made it.She is a fighter.You know it" She said and a small smile appeared on my face.I know she is right,Sarah Gilbert is one of the toughtest person's i know,if anyone would survive this,its her.I nodded at Caroline "Thank you" I said before i softly walked to Jeremy who was sobbing "Dude..i-" I couldnt finish my sentence cause i was cut off by him hitting me in the face.His face was full of anger "You did this" He yelled before bursting out of the room,walking out with the parameds that were taking Sarah to hospital.

I fell down on my knees and with the corner of my eyes i heard very shaken up mom telling Care "It was a accident.A terrible tracic accident" She whispered to Caroline.Yes,and its all my fault...

ELENA'S POV:
I laughed to dad who was about to start baking,he was covered in flours and mom only could shake her head towards him "Dad.Ler's face it.You're not a baker" I laughed to him before walking towards him "Hey.Im offended,but you are right.You'r mom is the ber,not me" he laughed.Suddenly something very weird happened,i felt a pain in my chest,dropping the bowl i was holding.I could hear mom rushing towards me,looking concerned "Elena dear.Are you okay?What happened?" She asked looking at me concerned.I dont know what happened,it was a pain and then it was gone "I-I dont know.I just felt a pain and then it was over" I said "Oh.You got me worried sweetie" she said tooking me in her arms.I forgot all about the feeling,it probably was nothing.I started helping mom and dad to clean up when the phone started ringing,i saw mom answering and when i saw her face,she was looking shattered  before i felt her silently scream,dropping the phone on the floor,i instantly knew something happened.I rushed towards her with dad and i could see the tears rushing down at her cheeks.She turned her teary gaze towards me,something clicked inside of me.Something has happened "I-It was Jeremy-" She said,but i cut her off "Oh god.Is he okay?" i asked fearing what the guestion would be.She shook her head "No.He is fine.There was a accident at the Lockwood's" She said and it hit me,oh god.That's where Sarah and Jeremy said they would go.I gasped,feeling my waterfalls opening,wetting my cheeks wth my tears "Sarah fell down the stairs.She is at the hospital...i-it doesnt look good" She said and....it broked me....

PRESENT DAY ELENA'S POV:
It happened six months ago,the accident.When Sarah fell down the stairs at the Lockwood's.She never woke up,she has been in coma every since.I have lost so much from my life,first Sarah and then mom and dad.All i want is my family back.I miss them so much.I miss the other part of me,i miss my twin sister i love so much.I havent been able to visit her,or talk about her.Not even Damon or Stefan knows about her,i cant tell them.

IN HOSPITAL UNKNOWN POV:
I slowly opened my eyes,facing the white lights and white walls.I look around,not knowing the room.I could hear machines beeping,the machines that were tied to me.I look at the thing that was in my finger.What happened?Where am i?Then it hit me,hospital.Im in the hospital.Oh god,i fell down the stairs at Tyler's house.Oh god...
