Chapter 5

*Airabella's pov*

It was a Sunday so I woke up at 3:00. When I got out of the bed, I went in the shower and when I got out, I put on a crop top Bart Simpson shirt, light blue jean with slits on the knees, white keds, a white neff beanie, and circle sunglasses. After I was done getting dressed, I texted Shawn asking he wanted to come over and hang out since Andrew is at Jenn's house (jennxpenn), he wanted me to come but I didn't and my mom is working and I'm home alone. I got a text and it was Shawn saying he will be here in a couple minutes, I thought that was quick.He showed up about five minutes later but it didnt seem that he drove so i guess he lives pretty close to me.

"hey" Shawn said

"hi hi" I responded "what do you wanna do today?"

"Maybe we could stay here and watch a movie or somthing?"

"why not! how about a scary one those are my favorite!?" I asked

"I guess how 'bout the conjuring? Do you have that one?" he asked me

"mhmm lets go inside you can make popcorn from in the pantry if you want to."

"mkay" he responded. As Shawn was making the popcorn I put in the conjuring. I decided to let the previews play seeing that the popcorn would take a little while to make.When the popcorn was done we started the movie and Shawn was awkwardly sitting on the other side of the couch looking very uncomfortable. "why are you so awkward? come over here." I chuckled. I heard him mumble somthing as he scooted closer.

Towards the middle of the movie I started to fall asleep. I think Shawn notice because he shook me awake. "Maybe i should go..." he said

"no no stay I just got bored of the movie I've seen it to many times." I responded he didn't say anything after that he was just kinda staring at me again. "Why are you staaring at me is there somthing on my fa-" shawn cut me off, "youre beautiful you know..." he said

"Ummm i wouldnt say beautiful but thank you. that kinda came out of no where though."

"Can i kiss you?" he blurted out still staring at me

"Uhhh" i had no idea what to say. As I just sat there probably looking a little stunned he started to lean in.

"yes" i whispered as we were inches apart "yes you can." he closed the space between us and connected our lips.our lips moved in sync as we kissed for a minute or two before we heard the front door unlock ruining the moment. We broke apart as Andrew walked in with Jenn and we just started laughing. about what? we didn't know. But we knew that, that kiss would lead us somewhere in the future. And boy did it...
