Dreams

We all have a dream, right?

It can be anything.

Whether it be to become president, or a specific career, or just an object you wanted as a child, they appear in our mind all through our life.

Sometimes they become reality, or, other times they slip away and we never get the chance to live it.

All through my own life, I've had so many dreams. For example, when I was little, I only ever wanted to be a princess. Well, that obviously didn't happen. I discovered later on that my dream and calling was an aspiring actress.

This happened so many times with different subjects, until I grew older.

The biggest dream I had started at 16. And I'll be honest, it sounds cliche as hell.

All I wanted was to have someone love me. I wanted this amazing love story that you only read about in novels. The Romeo to my Juliet, peanut butter to my jelly, the popcorn to my movie.

But, of course, I was told that it'd never be like that, but just plain love that may or may not survive.

Makes sense, right?

Now, I'm 24 years old. 8 years ago, I had a dream that just got more expansive.

I've had my experience in dating. None have worked out that well, the longest being a year and a half.

But now, I think I've found my Romeo.

Except instead, he's the Travis to my Katelyn.

Dreams can come true.
