Roman was actually about to lose her fucking mind. He got cast for it. He actually got cast for it. He got cast as one of the main fucking characters in a book that she wrote. How could this have happened? Well it doesn't matter, because it did. It fucking did. And now she's pacing around her bedroom like a dud because she has no clue what the fuck to do and is freaking out. All she could think of as she walked back and forth with her hands combing through her hair trying to find some comfort, was how the fuck this could've happened.
"Jesus, your thoughts are than the construction going on outside. Come down, would you?" Jessie told her, scaring the absolute shit out of Roman because she had no idea Jessie was on her bed.
"Ok it's not my fault I'm freaking out, you would too!" Roman retaliated, hoping to seem slightly less insane even though she knew she was acting out of line.
"No, actually, I wouldn't have gotten myself into this in the first place." Jessie cockily retorted, the sense of nonchalance she was giving off began to bother Roman; who was currently on the verge of a panic attack.
"Oh shut the fuck up would you." Roman exclaimed to her way too calm of a best friend. Seriously how is she acting so chill about this?
"Calm the fuck down and get dressed before you're late to your meeting with the cast." Jessie told her before walking out of the room, a small skip having graced her step.
"Snap out of it Roman, snap out of it..." Roman whispered to herself as she rubbed her temples. This was gonna be one hell of a day. But she could keep it together. She knew she could. It'll just be a bit of an incredibly awkward reunion between him and her, that's all. Hopefully they'll be able to move past their childish affairs from 5 years ago.
Roman began to get dressed for her monstrosity of a day that was sure to come.

Lucas was excited, ecstatic even. He had gotten cast to play the role of a lifetime. The way the character was written in the script and book had him head over heels. He needed to play Pride. So one can only imagine how happy he was when he got the call from the casting director saying he got the part.
He walked into the studio with a skip to his step and a smile gracing his face. The whole world was buzzing around him. People were moving everywhere. He had already gotten the chance to meet his wonderful castmates and the director. But he had yet to meet the author of the trilogy itself. The excitement was still buzzing in him at the aspect of it. Something about the name and the way she wrote just really resonated with him. He couldn't wait to ask her more about his character. He was just so complex. Pride, the creator of all sins.
As Lucas was walking briskly to the area where they would hold the table read in a couple minutes, he was reading the script in his hands. That is, until he crashed straight into someone else as well as this person's coffee.
Lucas quickly got back up on his feet and reached out a hand to the lady who had been caught in this casualty. Her coffee was all over her white top, which by the looks of it, aggravated her quite a bit.
