Your POV

Rather than returning to Rias, I began my hunt. If the white dragon transferred over, there is a chance it is one of my siblings. I don't want to remain alone here. Even if I have Tiff, and my dragons.
Tiff: "Where are we going?"
Me: "Somewhere my father built his empire from." I created a teleportation glyph for the both of us.
Tiff: "You plan to restart what your father started?"
Me: "I do."
Tiff: "Even if you won't have the following your father managed to receive due to the prophecy?"
Me: "I will make things right Tiff." The glyph activates and teleported us to a mountain range. The cold air blew through my hair as I look around. After a minute of looking, I find the perfect place. I outstretched my hand and Ravarean's gauntlet appeared around my hand. Dark magic shot out and began to form a structure. A few minutes later, the castle my father used formed out of the magic.

Me: "This is for you father. I will avenge you. And eradicate any of those damned Swords of Justice." I begin to walk over the bridge towards the castle. Tiff followed close behind me.
Tiff: "As always, you'll have my power by your side but we will need followers. And allies."
Me: "I know where to look for both."

Timeskip, Your POV

Dressed in near identical armor my father had worn in his conquest against the supernatural world, I returned to Rias. She was not expecting me to look the way I was. As I walked over to her, my blood began to boil. 'My opposite is nearby. Proceed with caution.' I nod and look to Rias.
Me: "Where is the white dragon?"
Rias: "She arrived here earlier asking for you. Which brings me to my next point, where did you go?"
Me: "I took care of business and unlocked more of my power." Rias narrowed her eyes before relenting.
Rias: "The white dragon is waiting inside for you." I walked inside the ORC room, only to see a woman with long red hair similar to Rias. When she turned to me, her dark eyes were a dead giveaway. This was my sister. She examined me, a slight smirk coming onto her face.
Rachel: "Hello (Y/N)." It seemed like she's been told the same thing by our father. But I had to play it safe.
Me: "Do I know you?"
Rachel: "Ah yes, my name is Rachel. My last name is irrelevant. For now."
Me: "And you asked for me, why?"
Rachel: "I would like to speak with him alone." Rias was silent for a few seconds.
Rias: "Very well. Do not trash the room please." She leaves the room, leaving the two of us in silence. 'Nullify the sound exiting the room.' 'Understood.' I walked over to Rachel. She and I stare each other down before hugging each other. We stayed like that for a few seconds before pulling away from each other.
Me: "It's been too long since I've seen you."
Rachel: "It has."
Me: "Did anyone else make it?" Rachel's tone became somber.
Rachel: "No. You and I are all that's left."
Me: "And what of the damned Swords of Justice?"
Rachel: "I presumed they were stuck in our universe when our father erased it. But it seemed that Issei and one other has made it."
Me: "Who?"
Rachel: "The one who served our father dutifully. His general. Duo."
Me: "I forgot his soldiers were named after Latin numbers."
Rachel: "It is quite humorous that he couldn't name them something cooler." I looked at her with a small smile.
Me: "I missed you."
Rachel: "So have I, junior." I gave an unamused look as she giggled lightly to herself.
Rachel: "Do you not like the nickname you had when we were children?"
Me: "I prefer to be called our father's name, (Y/N)."
Rachel: "Alright, (Y/N), what do you plan to do?"
Me: "I have rebuilt the castle. I just need the proper allies and followers to fully reinstate the fallen empire."
Rachel: "That's quite the plan. I believe I may be able to get some allies for you."
Me: "The Khaos Brigade?" She nods.
Rachel: "Indeed. But remember, our blood connects us more than any emotional tie here."
Me: "Of course." She hugs me again before walking to the door. 'Dematerialize the field.' All sound returns to the room. The sound of the door opening makes me look over. Rachel nods before exiting. 'Things are beginning to look up for me.' 'I agree. So far you are making better progress than your father.' 'But that doesn't mean you are prepared.' 'I know. That will be another problem for another day. For now, let's find my father's general.'

Timeskip, Your POV

Finding was easier said than done. The general had gotten himself into major trouble. Mainly regarding the stray devils. And he managed to piss off a stray fallen angel as well. How did he do that? I have no idea. But it easy to guess. For now I had to follow to bread crumbs, or in this case, the bodies. As I was in pursuit, a few strays had tried to attack me for getting in their way or assumed I was on his side. Which wasn't entirely wrong. Although their attacks were not too strong, they made up for it in numbers. Which was quite annoying. As for where I am right now, well I had to manage to either fight my way or sneak around a giant group of strays about to kick in the door to the general's hideout. I looked around, looking for a way to do this well. But it seemed fate was on my side. On the opposite side of the room, a fight broke out between two strays. And it got all the attention onto them. I summoned Shadow's Light to kill these fuckers faster. The fight was swelling up with more going at it. The feeling of fresh prey was starting to get to me. But I will prevail against it. Using my Armor of Justice, I charged into the group. Their screams died off as they let my holy blade. I assumed they thought they could hold me off. How wrong I was. Dozens of bodies lay on the floor as I approached the entrance to the general's hideout.
Duo: "You cause a lot of noise your majesty." The general said, approaching me.

Me: "It's been a while general."
Duo: "It's been seventeen years since I've been lost in the void, searching for any sign of survivors. I have encountered another child of your father only to see that they were far too corrupt by some out worldly god. I managed to save their soul but was ousted to here. And I managed to start a fight with the local strays."
Me: "Is it only you?"
Duo: "Yes. The others perished when your father erased our universe."
Me: "Rachel is here as well."
Duo: "I've sensed her presence when I arrived as well as yours. It's been too long since I met one of my master's offspring, nonetheless two."
Me: "I plan to reinstate our Fallen Empire here."
Duo: "A worthy task." He kneeled, placing a hand onto his knee.
Duo: "I pledge my sword to your cause. And I will fight with all of my strength for your will."
Me: "Rise my general. There are great things planned for us." He stood, dwarfing me with his eight foot stature.
Duo: "I can sense that with your will, you will be far more effective than your father."
Me: "Now that is saying something. Being able to outmatch my father who established his empire within months."
Duo: "I have no doubt you can do it. With the assistance of your sister of course."
Me: "She is and will be a valuable ally. Now come, we have work to do."
