"I'm not a doll, you know. Stop treating me like one." You grumbled.

Tony held you in his hands as he carried you to the living room for a movie. "I know, but it's faster, and safer for me to do this."

You sighed. Ever since three months ago when you had first met tony, he had been there, letting you eat his food, giving you access to his devices, and just being a friend. But lately he has been there to much.

He set you gently on the couch, as if you would break. You knew why he was acting like this, and you couldn't help but feel slightly to blame. A few weeks ago, you had nearly drowned; after messing around you fell into a laundry hamper, that had been quickly sent down the laundry shoot— and then almost dumped into the washing machine. You were gone for a good couple of solid hours, not even Friday knew were you were.

"Tony! Come on man..."

"What?" He asked. "I'm just making sure you're safe. Is that so bad?" He asked as he put a movie in.

"But I can walk on my own!"

He scooped you up, and held you over his lap. "I'm just trying to keep you safe (Y/N), that's all..."

You sighed. "This is way to far though! Look— you're not even letting me sit on the couch!" You pointed out.

Tony bit his lip. "Alright alright, I'll back off."

"Thank you." He opened his hand, and you crawled out. You bit your lip somewhat regretfully. You kinda didn't mind it when he held you, but still! Tony needed to let you do stuff. You walked to the other side of the couch, and crossed your legs.

That was only two nights ago. You had moved from your sleeping spot on the chair, to go get a drink of water. Before you even reached the counter, tony came out the elevator, half asleep.

"(Y/N)! Hey! Do you need something?" He yawned, rubbing his eyes. You stared at him in incredulity.

"I can't believe you! What? Do you have Friday watching my every move or something?!"

Tony's eyes widen. "Of course not! I'm not watching you! I just happen to be up."

You roll your eyes. "Friday! Is tony watching me?"

The A.I answers. "Only at night is the sparrows eye proticall activated (Y/N)."

You tilt your head and squint at tony from the floor. "What. The. Hell tony." You huff.

He sighs and bends down to pick you up, you jump back. "Don't! Don't touch me! I can't believe you watch me sleep!"

"I don't watch you sleep!" He insisted as you began climbing up the counter. "I only get an alert if you move two feet in any direction out if your normal sleeping zone."

"What?"

Tony ducked his head. "....its only 11:00 to 6:00..." He mumbled.

"That only makes it worse." You said pulling yourself over the counter side. "Tony, how do you think I survived, or just even got around before you?"

He doesn't say anything.

You sigh, and walk over to the faucet. "You know, I am really dissapionted. I'm not angry, just dissapionted." You stated.

Stark rolled his eyes. "You heard me use that on the kid didn't you?"

"If by kid, you mean Peter, your ward, slash prodigy, slash hopes and dreams— then yes." You pulled the faucet, turning on the water.

"Look, I'm sorry. I'll shut the protocol down. I'll completely throw it out— erase it! Demolish it!" He rambled. "Obliterate—"

"Tony!" You cut in. "Listen.." you came around, and walked out on the sink divider. "When you treat me like I can't do anything, I fell like you don't trust me." Reaching your arms out you took a handful of water, and sipped it.

Tony fidgeted. "I'm sorry (Y/N), Accidents happen... And I feel like one is about to happen right now."

You laughed. "Tony, I do this all the time, usually when you're gone." You took another drink. "How do you think I drank water?"

"I don't know." He mumbled, then scratched his beard. "How did you do all this without me noticing? I have cameras everywhere."

You grin slyly, and dart back to turn off the faucet. "I made a deal with Jarvis, but then he turned into a person." You shrugged.

Tony blinked. That was a weird couple few days. "Well what kind of deal?"

"Ah... I kinda threatened to pull out his cords if he told you about me."

"But, Jarvis is wireless."

You shrug. "I didn't know that! He also helped me avoid you, and helped me borrow." You shoot a look up at the ceiling. "Unlike Friday, who spy's on me!" You grumbled.

"My sincerest apologies." Friday apologized sounding almost sarcastic as she spoke like Jarvis.

"Yeah, yeah." You walk over to Tony's hand. "Hey."

"Hey."

You sit, crossing your legs, and grab his finger. "I trust you. I know you're just being protective. You do the same thing to Peter."

"No I don't." Tony denied.

"Pssh! Yeah you do! You called his suit camera the baby monitor!" You laugh, until a thought grows in your mind, and you slowly come to a stop. "Huh, I guess I should have considered that you might be spying on me earlier."

He huffed. "I... With Peter it's justified."

"You've got a problem Stark." You teased.

You crossed your arms. "How the hell was I supposed to know?" You laughed.

"Yeah well, I guess Jarvis thought you weren't much of a threat." Tony snickered.

"Hey! I'm plenty threatening!"

Tony rolled his eyes. "Oh really? How?"

Your face burned, but you lifted your eyes to meet him. "Umm, I could bug you, all night long... I could sneak into your room and wake you up, mess with your tv, and just kinda talk your ear off."

He raised his eyebrow. "Oh? Is that it?
"Y-yeah..." You had to look away as he chuckled.

"Well you're welcome to bug me anytime." He twitched his hand. "You... Want to come bug me now?"

Your face still burning, you ran up his arm to this shoulder. "Sure..." You mumbled. Tony pushed away from the counter and head for the elevator.
