1. Take a relaxing shower

Sing along to some of your fav songs! Scrub yourself with your fav soap or body wash! Massage your scalp to relieve all the stress of the day. Get out put some lotion on a wrap yourself in a nice fluffy towel.

2. Put on your PJS

Grab your PJs and put them on. Either throw your hair up in a bun or leave it down. Relax!

3. Have a quick snack

Eat a bowl of cereal or have some tea. Calm your mind.

4. Go on your phone or YouTube for a little while.

Go on Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, whatever. Make sure you have a strict time limit.

5. Sleep Time!

Finally put down your phone and mute the ringer. If you have a TV in your room set the sleep timer. Lay down and get all comfortable. If you need before you lay down grab a drink incase you get thirsty during the night. Sleep tight!
