My Brother's Beta (REDONE)

The fall out of her mother

After my mom left, my brother of my dad never actually knew I lost my virginity. They were too depressed to actually smell me. So my 'mate' and I keep sleeping together. It was happening for about two weeks. I mean we already did it, might as well keep doing it. 

Then he gave me the worst news of all.

"I have to leave." He told me right after another round of sleeping together.

"Where? Can I come to?" I would always go where ever he wanted me to.

"To my actual mate's house, so no!" My world fell apart.

"What?"

"Yeah I lied to you about the mate part!" That douche. Please don't cry, Katie. Deal with that later.

"Why?"

"Because I knew I could get the alpha's daughter to sleep with me. No hard feelings right?"

"Right." Then I kicked him in the groin. I also punched his nose. I broke it.

"What the he-"

"Get out before you get blood on my carpet." I said with alpha authority in my voice. He flinched but left.

He left to another pack entirely. My dad and brother finally came to their senses when he left.

My brother was the first one to realize it.

"Sister, did you sleep with the new guy?" He was confused.

"Yes, he told me I was his mate. But he lied." I had tears in my eyes. He wrapped me in his arms for a hug. Then he told dad. I could hear them through the door. 

"What?! I'm going to kill that....."

"You can't he has another alpha's daughter as an actually mate. He's protected." My brother was always trying to look ahead. Not like my father in his depression, just wanted to let his temper run the show. Well a gross daughter and cheating wife will do that to you.

"What pack?"

"The moon pack." Of course, our enemy pack. We never saw eye to eye.

"They won't believe us. Say something about how she raped him or something."

"There's only one thing we can do."

"What's that?"

"Take care of her. We didn't notice it, at first, because of our mother leaving. We own it to her, to help her get better."

"You're right. Will you bring her in?"

My brother knew I was right there. He just opened the door. I walked in. I run to my dad.

"I"m so sorry." I was crying into his arms.

"What do you have to be sorry about?" My dad was pulling me into the nearest chair. He liked to look people in their faces, so you could see their eyes and feelings.

"I let him take it! I was so naive!"

"Sweetie, everyone is! He played you. He took the right time, when your mother and I were having issues. He's the bad guy not you. It's not your fault." I just nodded. But being daddy's little girl, I believed him.

"Come on, sis. I'm going to make you the biggest ice-cream bowl ever!" My brother said.

"Don't even try to use the big mixing bowl." My dad was always one step ahead.

"Please daddy!" I gave him the saddest puppy dog face ever.

"OKAY, but put more than just ice-cream in it!"

He didn't have to tell us twice! We threw more junk in there. And Liam put in a movie.

Then about a year and so many months past by. It wasn't that hard to get over it. I had the best brother and dad for the job. I was walking through the pack house. My brother and his future beta were playing some video games. Aidan, his future beta, looked back at me. As soon as his eyes meet, I knew. He was my mate.

"I'll be right back." Aidan walked over to me. He pulled me out into another room.

"I know. He'll never let us be together because of my past."

"Not entirely, we will wait until he finds his mate!" His eyes shined bright thinking about it.

"Okay, but you know when we get older.... we can just have a secret relationship!" He kissed my cheek.

"Sure thing!"

Too bad, we didn't realize that 1) my brother wouldn't have the most easy time with his mate and 2) secrets aren't always going to end all right!
