CHAPTER 5
Max's POV
"Run!" Bella yelled to me.
Without looking back, I followed her orders.
Soon we were running side by side, weighted down by our hammers.
"Why don't we get frying pans?" I scream, ok maybe just whisper yell to her. "They may not work as well, but they are lighter and easier to carry!"
"I don't know!" Bella shoots back.
We make twists and turns, running up and down multiple alleyways until we hit a dead end.
"Again?!" I seethed.
We turned around to face what I assumed would be one of those crazy creatures.
Ok, let's just call them monsters.
We turned around to find another "monster" behind us.
"How about we just call these creatures monsters?" Bella called to me.
"I was just thinking the same thing!"
The monster was getting closer.
"How about we both just attack?" she whispered to me.
"Agreed."
When the monster neared us, Bella yelled "Attack!"!
We attacked.
