-----------------------------------------------------------------------

"Hi, of course. what can i get for you today?" i asked, smiling up at him.

"Uh, can i please have four English breakfast teas and one Yorkshire, thanks love" he said, shooting me a lobsided grin.

"Sure" i said, tapping his order into the register, "that'll be £10.66, thanks babe." He stood there looking at me for a few seconds before i realise what i had just said, "Ohmygosh. I-I am so sorry! I normally call Alex babe and it's just force of habit, i didn't mean it, i am s-so sorry!" i stuttered, pointing to the back room where Alex was and flaring my arms around to get my point across.

He laughed at me before speaking again, "It's fine... babe" he winked at me as he handed me a £20 note, "keep the change, love" he turned around and walked back to his friends before i could say anything else to him. i turned around and face palmed myself before calling Alex.

"Al, can you help me with the teas?" i yelled through the back door, flipping a few buttons on the hot water tank.

"Yeah, i'll be there in a sec!"

He strode up beside me and pulled out five mugs and saucers from the small cupboard and placed them on the counter. I picked up five small teapots and placed them on a tray before pouring some boiling water into each of them, Alex handed me the scoop of English Breakfast tea leaves and i evenly shared it amongst four of the teapots, filling the last one with Yorkshire tea leaves.

"You grab the milk" he instructed me and i did as i was told, scurrying over to the fridge to take out the jug of milk. i took out five smaller jugs and filled each with milk before sitting them on the tray along with the cups and saucers.

"here you are," he picked up the tray and carefully placed it in my hands, i mumbled a quick thanks before slowly making my way across the wooden floor to the booth where the boys sat.

I carefully placed the tray on the table and picked up the Yorkshire tea, "who wanted the Yorkshire?" I asked them, before placing it front of the boy with his hand raised. He wore a dark grey beanie, which pulled his brown hair back, a brown sweater with a pair of black ray bands hanging from the collar and a goofy grin plastered on his face.

"Thanks love," he chirped. I smiled at him before placing the other four cups down, either getting a "thanks babe", "cheers" or "thanks love" from them.

"If you need anything else you know where to find me"  i stated, giving them a quick smile before walking back behind the counter to talk to Alex

"They're famous" I hissed to Alex who stopped wiping the sides to study the five boys.

"They are?" he asked, knotting his eyebrows together.

"Yes, they are" I whispered, getting impatient, I took another glance at them, biting my lip. "They're in a band, i've seen pictures of them"

"What's their band name then? Think, Jai" he said, tapping the side of my head with his fore finger.

"I can't remember" i sighed. I swatted his hand away from my head before walking into the back room.

"HEY, JAI!" Alex called after me.

I turned around and walked back to the counter and sat my hand on my hip, "Yes?"

"Are you still going to sing in London during break?" he asked, not keeping his voice down at all.

"Uh, yes? I have every other day, haven't I?" I laughed.

"Yeah, I guess... Well I have a song for us to sing" he chirped, i raised an eyebrow, urging him to carry on, "'Don't Dream It's Over' by Crowded House, you in?"

I let out a soft gasp before answering, "yes, oh my gosh, that song is literally the song to my heart" i sighed, clasping my hands together and putting them on my heart, swaying to imaginary music.

Harry's POV

"If you need anything else you know where to find me" she said, turning around and wandering off to the counter again.

"I like her!" Louis chirped from behind his cup of tea, I let out a small laugh before taking a sip of my own.

"You should've heard her when I ordered our teas" I laughed, "she was baffled when she realised that she had called me 'babe', she wouldn't stop apologising, it was cute."

"HEY, JAI!" We all turned around to see the boy calling the girl.

"Yes?" She asked, placing her hand on her hip and cocking her head to one side, she looked like a confused puppy.

"Are you still going to sing in London during break?" He called, a smile creeping onto his face.

"Uh, yes? I have every other day, haven't I?" She said, letting out a small giggle.

So she sang? Everyday? "i really want to hear her" i whispered to the other boys, getting nods of agreements from each one.

"but we can't, Harry" i looked over at Liam who had finished his tea.

"why not?" i asked, there was no reason not to be able to, i mean it's not like we had anything planned for the whole day.

"haven't you realised that we're here by ourselves?" he asked, waving his hand around us, "we can't just wonder through London trying to find a girl to hear her sing, we'd get bombarded, especially if we're all together. we need to go back to the flats."

i sighed loudly before mumbling under my breath, "Party pooper."

"heard that" Liam laughed, gently smacking me across the head.

Once we had finished our teas, we slid out of the small booth and headed towards the door, Niall pulled it open, making the small bell ring. the girl who had served us (and the one i wasn't going to be able to see or hear sing) walked out to the counter and smiled at us as we started piling out the door.

"thank you, the teas were amazing" I called, giving her my signature smile.

"Anytime, enjoy the rest of your day" she smiled back at me, her cheeks turning a light shade of pink, i chuckled to myself, knowing that i had done that to her.

"You too" Louis yelled, waving at her and the boy who now stood beside her, smiling at us.

once we were outside we started walking towards our house, which was only a five minute walk from the small coffee shop.

Jaison's POV

i heard the bell ring, indicating the band (whose name i still can't remember) were leaving or someone else was entering. i walked in from the back and to the counter, watching the boys leaving.

"thank you, the teas were amazing" the curly haired boy who had ordered turned around and gave me a gorgeous dimpled smile.

"anytime, enjoy the rest of your day" i called back, blushing slightly as Alex walked up beside me, smiling like an idiot.

"You too!" the boy who had the Yorkshire tea yelled, waving at Alex and myself before follwing his mates out the door and down the road.
